We had a family vacation from December 2024 to early January 2025. - excellent location, right on Tsarskaya alley, all attractions within walking distance - excellent hotel area, beautiful, well maintained, comfortable - the room itself is cozy, on the 2nd floor with a balcony - beauty - the staff knows their job. The receptionist boys are helpful and polite. I put a playpen in our room for the baby, which helped us out a lot. - On December 31, we received a compliment from the hotel - wine and tangerines Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

This place is worth visiting Abkhazia. Cozy, sincere, calm, beautiful (even very very beautiful). The hotel staff is hospitable - they will tell you everything, tell you everything, and always help. Nice hotel. Everything is fine! Location, everything is close, and the sea, and cafes, and a waterfall, and a Monastery, and caves. 5-10 min walk. We lived in two levels. There is a lot of space. Everything is fine. Cons, poor plumbing. Shower watering cans. The rest is normal. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. In the interior, on the territory, there is a beautiful garden , next to a cafe. We liked it. I recommend it!!
