There are pros and cons.
Positive:
- beautiful hotel;
- the territory is clean enough;
- friendly and friendly staff.
Minuses:
- lack of a restaurant;
- the hotel has imported breakfasts (buffet), that is, there is no restaurant in the hotel and it is not possible to eat (dinner after the end of the day, etc.), not to mention eating "with a knife" at all;
- during the entire stay, a manhole was opened near the pool, into which you can fall;
- when we arrived, we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor with access to the pool. The room was not cleaned, there was garbage in the trash from previous guests, etc.; the air conditioner did not work and when a hotel employee was called, it was impossible to fix the problem. We were frozen because it was +16 degrees in the room. We also couldn't turn on the TV - it didn't react to the remote control, apparently the batteries to the remote control for the TV hadn't changed for a long time. There was only one set of slippers and so on in the room. After two hours of freezing and waiting for a fix, we were offered to move to another room. We agreed. But, the room turned out to be a much worse level and smaller in size, on the second floor, without a balcony. There was no compensation or any buns.
- there was no kettle in the room to drink tea;
Russian Russian TV channels are not available (even in Seychelles, there is Russian TV in guest houses);
- the hotel is located far enough from the central locations;
- the fountain at the entrance only works at night (why? - it remains a mystery to me)
To sum up, it is difficult to say that this is a 4* level hotel, although the hotel is clean enough, but there is something to complain about. Yes, the staff is very friendly, but there is no restaurant, there is simply no kettle and tea in the room, the plumbing is already tired (the faucet is wobbling), the hotel can only be given 2 *. Unfortunately, expectation and reality are far away.
The perfect place! I accommodated a group of 34 people - there were rooms for everyone. We were greeted like family and despite such a large number of guests, we were settled ahead of time.
Special thanks to Elbek. This is a caring person who knows how to think about everyone and everything. I organized a representative for the group from a local telecom operator. The hotel did not have the necessary amount for the exchange - I collected money from the group and sent the person to the bank to exchange it. We forgot our things at the hotel and arranged their delivery from Samarkand to Bukhara. If you need breakfast an hour earlier, please!
Any of our issues were resolved instantly.
The hotel is new. The rooms are large and comfortable. The linen and towels are perfectly white, there are bathrobes and all hygiene products. Mattresses of medium hardness.
The staff washes and rubs something all the time during the day. But at the same time, everything is done quietly, without disturbing the guests with conversations among themselves and noisy work.
