Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great mountain views from the room, great location to everything, the hotel is in the very center: old town, mall, bus stops, square, marina - all within walking distance. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, especially pleased with the variety of cheeses. The room has a working air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, always clean towels, new slippers and bottled water. There are minor problems with cleaning the room, but it is not critical (cleaning is superficial), if requested, they will clean the room more quickly, while bed linen was often changed, which is good news. I would have returned to this hotel)

The biggest plus of this hotel is, of course, its location in the city center, lived in May 2025, it is very convenient to get everywhere: to the airport, to one end of the city, and to the other.
I also really liked the breakfasts: there were a lot of things, delicious and satisfying, enough until lunch.
Cleaning was done regularly. The rooms themselves are not new, a little tired, but in general everything is decent. We recommend it for everything

I was in May 2024 for one night.
Pros: near the tram stop from the airport. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. There are several chain grocery stores nearby
Cons: the street where the hotel stands is very noisy. Despite the fatigue after the flight, it was not possible to get enough sleep. The rooms are pretty tired. A huge air conditioning unit on the 1st floor opens onto the balcony. When he is working on the balcony, he will not be able to sit - he will blow away.

Stayed one night at this hotel (January 1, 22). For 3.500 wooden rooms, it's quite a room, breakfast is included, I ate my fill on the Swedish line. I was "lucky" that the lights were turned off for a while after 12 a.m., but the problem was solved in half an hour. The bed has sockets, which is very convenient, a beautiful view was from my window. I sleep well, so trams and other noise didn't bother me, even without earplugs. The staff is very considerate and polite. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the embankment, but it was worth it. And another huge plus, I think that the tram stop, opposite the entrance to the hotel, will take you to the airport and back in a super short time and comfortably👍🏻
As for the interior decoration of the room, I can say that I was reminded of the economy rooms in Azimuth Olympic (Moscow)It was funny. I see that prices have risen in this hotel now (after 2 years), but it is already a familiar story that everything is growing everywhere 😓

The location is convenient if you are planning a shopping trip. There are many shops nearby, and the tram stop is 50 steps from the hotel entrance.
Breakfast is not about anything, there is nothing specific, cheese, vegetables, inedible sausages, generally not impressed. The rooms are good, cleaning every day around lunch. The staff is friendly, some speak Russian.

An ordinary hotel, used as a transit point for a couple of nights with a small child. There was no crib. The hotel has mysterious elevators that don't always want to go. The room was smoky. There is an ATM next to the hotel and local help seekers live there, please note.

The room was found on the third attempt (one was on a noisy street, the other had no electricity). The room is tired, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
The night before the flight will do, there is a tram stop to the airport nearby.
But in general, there are much nicer hotels with a lower price tag (the location is also in the center)

I booked this hotel in April 2023, a room with breakfast cost 2,700 rubles. I booked through the island. The location is great for me, everything is nearby and the shopping center and the Old Town, and Not expensive cafes. They don't speak Russian at the reception, only English. The room is like a three, but everything is clean. The beach can be reached by tram from the old town.

I booked two rooms in this hotel for one night (on the recommendation of a friend), we were going with friends to go to the Lycian trail for the May holidays 2021, we needed an overnight stay before hiking. Thanks to our government, they lost their vacation. I wrote to the hotel, explained the situation that the trip would definitely take place only later, asked to reschedule the dates / discount voucher, but no, extremely greedy management. The policy of the hotel is completely incomprehensible - in an attempt to earn 3 thousand rubles right now, they do not think about reputation and are ready to lose customers. It's insulting and unpleasant.

We stayed at the hotel overnight, before departure, very convenient ,near the tram stop to the airport,we were satisfied,relatively quiet , despite the city (we chose a room with access to the backyard ) there is a kettle in the room , tea and coffee bags + mini bar , the room is spacious ,breakfast was not found, because there was an early check-out but the staff prepared a lunch box for us and offered us coffee in the dining room with cookies , it was nice considering that the time was 5:40 in the morning . Thank you all!!!

Terrible hotel! We decided to stay there because of the positive reviews on the booking and the good location, but in vain... the noise outside until 5 a.m., dirt and a terrible smoky room, it is impossible to turn on the air conditioner - it has the same smell. Peeling and dirty wallpaper, traces of greasy hands on tiles and doors... there are many more to list. We decided to move out of this place and asked for a refund for 2 nights, but were refused, citing the booking system.
