The rooms are small, but in general you can live, the breakfasts are terrible, you probably won't eat them, what is most annoying is the trams and the lack of noise insulation.
To our taste, it is very cozy, although a little shabby, the staff and cleaning are at a height, the breakfasts are delicious, very convenient location, the only drawback is the proximity to the roadway (noisy)

The hotel is not bad for just spending the night, good breakfast, good staff, some speak Russian. The pool is not filled, and the hammam is expensive. The area is not for recreation, our mistake when choosing, it is an area for shuttles. But all the sights can be reached on foot.
