One of the advantages is a really low price for a large square room in the center of Istanbul, all within walking distance. (I stayed in January, it turned out to be about 10,000rubles for 3 nights without breakfast, I lived on the ground floor)
I didn't really like the staff, it seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there. 🤷
The toilet lid was broken in the room, meaning it was impossible to put it in an upright position, it was constantly falling.
For the price that I paid, it's generally good
My sister lived, she's from Switzerland, and the room cost about $400 for 5 nights. Large room, clean and bright, breakfast included. It is a 3-minute walk from all the main attractions of Sultanahmet district. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The Grand Bazaar. Tram. She liked it with her daughter. We lived nearby in another hotel, the room was terrible.
A great small hotel, with clean, cozy rooms and attentive staff. The rooms are quite spacious. We visited both the economy room and the comfort room - we liked it everywhere. There are air conditioners everywhere, the rooms were cleaned every day. And from the room on the top floor there is an amazing view of the Bosphorus!
Among the disadvantages: - for all 5 days in a room for two, we were allocated 2 tea bags and 2 bags of nescafe. And they didn't add any more...
- for some reason there was only one 1.5 blanket in the double room with a large double bed. We also asked for a blanket, but they refused us....
