Great hotel! It is perfectly located. The staff is attentive to their guests. Homemade breakfasts. I also liked the cafe next to the hotel, they cook delicious, fast and fairly affordable prices. Thank you for a good rest!)

We stayed at the Ruslan Hotel in September 2024. I liked everything very much!!! The location, staff, food, beach, sea, room, views are all excellent, we were very satisfied. We will definitely come to your hotel again!!!

My favorite hotel in Gagra, on line 1, is warm and homely. Green well-groomed territory, gazebos. There is an elevator - it is convenient to go up to the upper floors with a suitcase and shopping.
A delicious cafe and a great location in the city center (on foot to the park, Gagripsh and in the other direction to the Ferris wheel - 15 minutes each). The neighborhood with the house of culture - there are performances for adults and children, it is convenient.
Parking for cars, offers for excursions (necessarily Athos and Ritsa). Infrastructure: near a pharmacy, shops, cafes, children's entertainment.
Sun beds on the beach, rooms and terraces with sea and mountain views. For the price, the quality is the ideal ratio for a 3* hotel.
The lights are periodically turned off in the city - the generator turns on in the hotel. Water heaters keep the water temperature.
