It's a very nice hotel. It's perfectly clean and beautiful everywhere. Three buffet meals a day, delicious and varied. The pool is large, the children's play area is large, the staff is friendly.

We really liked the hotel, we will recommend it to our friends. It was important for us to have a playground for children, because we travel with young children and there is not enough entertainment in the village. There's a huge game room here, the whole basement floor! The children were very happy! The hotel has its own territory, which is also a plus. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center, near a shop, ATM, restaurants.
The renovation is quite fresh in the hotel, everything is intact in the room, everything is working, the plumbing is in order. The maids are smart, everything is clean, there is nothing to complain about, which is rare) the hotel has a large nice clean pool, we recommend visiting, depth 150-160. There is no children's pool. They serve national cuisine, sometimes they come across something very specific, the buffet was small, there were few people in the hotel.
Special thanks to the hotel staff, we tried to satisfy any requests so that our stay would be comfortable. I hope that we will come back here again.

We have stayed at the Russia hotel many times over the past 10 years, now the level is not what it used to be, but it has become more expensive. The food has become disgusting, rubber/plastic scrambled eggs in the morning, not fresh bread. I don't even want to list them. Guys, come down from heaven, with such food you are not even a 3* sanatorium. Kind staff. Nice rooms and interior. I do not advise those who like to eat normally.

For the second time in Tsakhkadzor. And the first one, in this hotel.
Like it. The staff is very helpful, the room cleaning is constant. Not a bad kitchen. There is live music on all evenings on weekends. And, of course, a nice warm pool.👍
I also want to mention the Game Room. There is a place to entertain children.

The coolest hotel near the cable car. There is a swimming pool, a free shuttle service to the mountain, delicious breakfasts, game rooms and a cinema. The bar with Armenian drinks is a masterpiece
