Good repair, but the room is small, there is little space for things. The room had a window, but the view was on the stairs (1st floor), so there was no natural light at all. The bathroom is pleasant, shower, hairdryer, but the extractor hood does not work well, it does not cope, humidity gets into the room.
Service: the room was cleaned every 2-3 days, towels were changed (sometimes with holes), bed linen. Bathroom accessories according to the mood.
The worst thing about staying at this hotel was the low noise insulation. We woke up every morning to loud conversations of the staff in the hallway, from slamming doors, the noise of visitors. I had to sleep in earplugs, which does not meet the expectations of a comfortable stay.
It's a good place. Everything is very convenient and decent. Close to all the attractions. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and showers. You can't hear the street and the noise.
A couple of cons: on the first night upon arrival, we were sent to another hotel nearby, as they had some kind of overlap (it was not very pleasant from the road). In the morning, check-in only after 12:00 - we left our things at the reception without any problems so as not to walk with things. After the first towel change, the foot towel was not given (at the same time, it was on the first day). There are no towels for hands and face. Just a big bathhouse.

It's budget-friendly and sincere. Great guys at the reception, they will help you with everything. Get ready to walk a little uphill to get on the T1 tram and to the main attractions of Sultanahmet
- The old murdered hotel, the furniture creaks and falls apart. Small rooms. There are no breakfasts. + the room is clean. Clean, fresh linen. Friendly staff. Convenient location. A quiet area close to all the attractions.
It is a pity that Yandex has such a low rating. I booked this hotel on a booking, I have been staying since April 15, 2023. I'll start with the pros:
+ courteous staff
+ clean rooms with new renovation and furniture.
+ hot/cold water comes immediately
+ air conditioning
+ view from the balcony to the sea and the city.
+ location. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. The Blue Mosque , a huge park, an embankment that runs for at least 15 kilometers, and so on. All this is 5-10 minutes from the hotel.
+ quiet area
+ good sound insulation
+cleaning every day
I stopped by, I was greeted by the good-natured staff, there is a guy who speaks Russian. I booked a room below the category, but I was given a higher category with a balcony, a huge room and a view of the sea and the city ... it's very nice. Thank you guys! The rooms are fresh , new appliances,furniture,renovation. All this pleases the eye.
Of the cons:
- one nightstand was dirty and there was a lot of women's hair…
- there are no curtains on the doors that lead to the balcony.

Detailed description.
To begin with, I have something to compare with - I travel a lot and often live in hotels.
1. Cleaning. It is held every 2 days on request. Cleaning comes down to replacing soap (the cheapest, very alkaline, can cause allergies), shampoo and towels. Towels are either trying not to be given in the right amount - they had to requery or they were with holes / dirty. I recommend taking your own with you. The floor is washed in one place at the entrance, while there was a case that was washed with a dirty rag with a smell. In response to a request to wipe it again, the cleaning employee reacted negatively, was rude.
2. The hood for heating has never been cleaned (by appearance). The dust hangs down in flakes. If you leave it on in the room for a long time, it starts to tickle in your throat.
3. The kitchen is under renovation, but it was not notified about it, the room rate under this condition was greatly overstated.
4. The window opens... into another window. The room is dark all the time.
5. An old refrigerator, barely works.
6. The extractor hood in the bathroom cannot cope with the steam extraction, the room will be damp.
7. Deception of the owner. Due to the health and condition of the room, I decided to check out in advance. Informed 4 days before the new purchased deadline. The owner of Charlie assured that he had no complaints, the money would be returned to the card from the integrator. When I asked from another country exactly when the money would be returned, Charlie said he was against a refund. It's just unfair enrichment for an unproven service.
I gave an extra point for the courtesy / help of the reception staff, but I am sure that adequate people will not be able to work for a long time in this place.

Overall not bad! But the furniture has already lived its century! And I didn't like that the room was smoky😵💫
As if the hotel is not expensive, but also not the cheapest, so it could be better!
