The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location and very helpful staff. The metro is close, the Nisantasi area with all shops, cafes, and a shopping center is also nearby. The room is small, in principle it has everything, it was cleaned, towels were changed, when the hair dryer broke, they were replaced with a new one, within 2-3 hours. Breakfast is a separate topic, we went once, and did not go again. Very little choice, nothing to eat. Coffee in paper cups. There were plenty of places to eat near the hotel, but we took breakfast in the hope that we would have it. But, it didn't work out! Upon check-in at the hotel, we were charged a deposit of $ 100, which we only found out about upon check-in, such a surprise. There was no information anywhere, neither when buying through a tour operator, nor in the description of the hotel. Naturally, we paid, and we were refunded upon eviction. But it was unexpected for us, to put it bluntly. In general, the hotel is budget-friendly, for us the most important thing was the location and the area. The staff themselves are very kind and helpful people, all the hotel staff are pleasant.

The word "not at all" makes one feel like one's own stars, the room was never cleaned, we had to run for toilet paper, hunt for a maid to at least change towels, in general, if it hadn't been for the conference we flew to, and which, with its positive, blocked out any negative of Istanbul, including the terrible hotel and the earthquake Otherwise, the vacation would have been hopelessly ruined by the disgusting service of the hotel and the eternal attempts of its staff to cheat us out of money, which they actually did a couple of times with us. The staff is responsive and polite, the location is good, the breakfasts are very edible (but monotonous), the mattresses are comfortable, the bed is pleasant. From the positive side, that's it.
The rooms are not very well cleaned, there are dirty stains in the corners of the bathroom, dampness on the ceilings, the doors of the shower stalls jam (when opened, one door broke, as a result, cuts and scratches on the hands). In winter, the heating turns off at night, you have to turn it on again, if you don't turn it on, then you can get cold in the morning.

It requires cosmetic repairs😏 the laminate is very worn, the wallpaper moves away from the walls, holes on the curtains🙈 the children and I were given the most smokeless room, the smell of tobacco is already felt at the reception, when checking in, I clarified whether it smells like this in all rooms😵💫The guy at the reception tried his best and found a room with almost no smell, for which I thank him very much! Our room was on the top floor with a view of ... roofs, that is, you can climb out of the window and enjoy the views of Istanbul from there) but it's better not to touch the curtains, they have centuries-old dust on them. Probably for such money, these are normal conditions, if you do not go into the nuances. You can come and spend the night. The bed linen and the polo ends are surprisingly clean and not dirty! The bathroom is clean👌🏻

A cool, cozy hotel. It is very small, but with good breakfasts. I've visited 6 hotels in the area and they're all like that. Apparently, there is just this type of building structure in this area.

This is a very decent hotel for the center of Istanbul. The most important thing is clean. There is a subway nearby. The breakfasts are a bit poor, but there were worse breakfasts in the more expensive hotels in Istanbul. It can be noisy outside at night, but not like in Istiklal
