I liked the hotel, the location is good, although it takes 20.30 minutes to get to the main places, but it didn't bother us, but it was quiet, there are shops nearby, there is a cafe, I really liked the hammam in the hotel, the sauna was cold for me, the breakfasts were monotonous, on the 3rd day I was tired of everything, not everyone speaks Russian, but I recommend it so much, I can't upload a photo, the app doesn't give it)

We lived in a standard room of 20 meters, which is very spacious for this area. Reality and photos coincide, which is very rare for Istanbul)). New and clean plumbing. The rooms are fresh. Clear. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Everything works. Very good breakfasts, considering the average room rate. There are slippers, hand soap and shower gel. The staff is very polite and helpful. There were difficulties with booking.com on the day of arrival, the hotel was in touch, confirmed the reservation, which helped a lot. The area is very lively. There are a lot of children, families walking. Safe day and night. I definitely recommend it. Price-quality 5+

Piano Forte: As a client, it was very pleasant for me to receive such a reverent attitude as a guest. The staff is as kind and helpful as possible, helped in all matters. You don't know how to get there - they will tell you, Wi-Fi is broken - they immediately solve the issue, you need to order food - they will help with registration, they lost the card - they will make a second one without problems. The staff was very polite and helpful, which gave a lot of warmth and pleasure from the hotel.
I would like to say a special thank you to the chef, he is the most sweet uncle and so attentive. We were touched every day by how important it was for him to feed everyone, he was as professional as possible and very customer-oriented. Every breakfast my girlfriend and I took an omelet with arugula and he noticed this fact one day he began to cook it more and even brought a compliment, which is very nice. Thank you very much for your kindness and warmth, which you give, continue to be as open and passionate about your business - it is admiring and very inspiring ❤

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. The breakfasts are excellent, monotonous, but everything is fresh and there is plenty to choose from. Towels were cleaned and changed every day. There are fruits opposite, several pharmacies nearby, and a grocery store "sok" in the same house. Among the disadvantages in this area, alcohol is rarely sold in stores, there is also no alcohol in the nearest shopping center in the food court. Going to the hotel is uphill, but there is a metro nearby.

Nice hotel , convenient location (near bus and metro stop , metrobus)
They clean well, the rooms are beautiful, breakfast.. ( fruits, bread, two types of sausage and cheese ) tea, coffee and some kind of pudding . You can have a snack at the buffet! And so there are many places nearby where you can eat even at night)
There are shops nearby too (grocery stores - if you drink beer, you will have to look for it))

For some reason, I didn't sleep well, the breakfasts are not as stated in the photo. The rooms are small and the humidity is felt. But the staff is nice, helped with ordering a taxi and finding a pharmacy.
