This is the best place in Abkhazia for us!
Gorgeous locations, free beaches for every taste, turquoise sea, promenade, attractions - everything is nearby!
We have been traveling to Abkhazia for 14 years, for the last three years we have been giving preference to the Old Gagras and this particular hotel!
We had a rest this year from August 4 to September 1.
The sea is 3 minutes away!
The hotel is new, very comfortable, clean, snow-white linen and towels, dining room 🍽️
The hotel is located in a wonderful location, on a hill, surrounded by mountains and subtropical forest with fantastic sea views 🌊
And most importantly, these are the hosts, very sincere and hospitable people! Galina Anatolyevna, Beslan - thank you for the rest, for your hard work! We have been traveling for the third year now, we see how much you put into it, every year the Sail gets better and better!
Special thanks to the chef- Vanya, you are the best, the serving is like in a restaurant, everything is sooooo delicious, plus 2 kg, like in a sanatorium, everyone loses weight at sea, only I gain 🙈
This is a place that we miss for a whole year, we review photos and yearn, Your home is a place where you want to return!

A wonderful hotel, located in staraya Gagra, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, friendly hosts, very cozy, comfortable, 2 minutes to the beach. A separate topic is the dining room at the hotel - chef Ivan is a professional in his field, he cooks-you can lick your fingers, at home, a variety of dishes, we eat three times a day, prices are affordable. There is a large courtyard in the form of an observation deck overlooking the sea, a recreation area, sun beds, umbrellas, a swimming pool. Covered Parking for cars is a nice bonus, the car is in the shade, does not heat up under the scorching Hot sun.

Nice mini hotel! The view is fantastic! The hotel is new, the rooms are clean. On the second floor there is a laundry area, you can use the machine for free. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a microwave oven on the floor. We had a rest in October, the canteen was no longer working. The owners are responsive, they respond quickly to requests. I was slowly getting barrels in the toilet, everything was fixed. The only thing I didn't like a bit were insects, wasps and stink bugs. It is not possible to open the balcony, but it is possible in the autumn period. And another nuance is the location of the TV in the room.

A wonderful hotel! Cozy, disco on request by the pool! The dining room at the hotel!
Everything is within walking distance!
And the best store, hid on the way to the left from the hotel, you go to the left along the railway, the houses on the left are over and the footpath goes to the left, directly cross the highway going into the tunnel and behind the road from the right Shop, and hospitable Inna will offer you the variety and abundance of Abkhazia!

We had a rest in early August.I really liked the hotel, the room has a sea view.Everything you need is in the room, the room is clean, as is the hotel itself.The owners are friendly.The food is delicious, the dining room at the hotel, the price tag is acceptable for food.There is a swimming pool, a recreation area with sea views, a garage for cars.There is a railway nearby, but it did not create any discomfort.The beach is a 3-minute walk away.The promenade with beautiful palm trees and numerous cafes.I liked everything very much.I definitely recommend this hotel.

We were a family at this hotel in 2023 and in 2024. I liked everything. There is a swimming pool and an area with sun loungers, parking for cars, and a dining room on the ground floor.

We stayed at this hotel in late July- early August. We rested here for the second year. We were very pleasantly surprised by the changes compared to last year!
There was a swimming pool, sun beds, and a dining room opened. The rooms are clean and cozy. We arrived, the room was not ready, but the hostess Galochka, abandoning all her business, quickly brought everything to us, made everything up! Thank her for everything! We plan to come back next year!

We had a rest in August 2024!
Upon arrival, I liked the hotel, the recreation area is beautiful!
The host is hospitable , but the hostess !
The room was not ready for arrival , although they said that they could check in !
They asked for a copy of the paper, and immediately replied that they did not have "all inclusive"
The room that we got , it smells very strongly of dampness and something rotten, we wanted to ventilate it, but all kinds of living creatures immediately flew into the room (especially nasty wild bugs)
The view from the window is beautiful to the sea 🙌
There is a railway station near the hotel and keep in mind that in the morning you will wake up at 7 am!
The sea is not far from 3 minutes , the beaches are equipped !
Regarding the kitchen ! The cook cooks well , the prices are acceptable! But , the queue in the stuffy dining room is terrible 😩there are no air conditioners ! I happened to relax at the Parus Hotel. We decided to extend the vacation for 3 days. Before that, we went to eat at this hotel on the recommendation of the excellent chef Ivan!
I liked everything very much! Nice room, great relaxation area, great pool. The sea is 2 minutes away, the location is gorgeous.
It happened to meet the wonderful hostess of this hotel, Galina!!! She helped us out a lot and helped us arrange a package to our city. We are very grateful to her! A wonderful woman.

It was good at first
But then when some strange guests appeared, who start making noise from 7 a.m., talking loudly in the lobby, knocking on doors that are made of plywood, rolling a kettlebell on the floor became creepy. Trains that take several pieces all day long and such a noise is terrible. Although we were warned that the hotel does not suffer from noise. That's not so. The walls are cardboard. Literally everything. The faucet is half broken off in the bathroom. The wallpaper in the new hotel is shabby. I don't know how this is allowed.
They didn't leave any hand soap, although the container is worth it, why did they make it if it's empty? No toilet paper or additional garbage bags were left.
In the kitchen, it's delicious, but this is solely the merit of the cook who is alone there, but if you didn't have time to take a turn, maybe you don't sing, or you sing - but not what you originally wanted. And if you stand, then under the scorching sun and in 40 degree heat, because the kitchen is open and is not blown / cooled.
In general, I liked it, but only Gagra itself. Not a hotel.

Everything is wonderful, but it was a surprise that the room is on the 4th floor, but it didn't bother us a bit - The beauty is indescribable! The service is super.In the dining room, I would recommend hiring a cook and expanding the menu, there is not enough for all guests!)
