The undoubted advantages are the good location near the historical center and the absence of parking problems. I would also like to mention an excellent breakfast in a beautiful room. As for the rooms, they are dull, tasteless, with ugly furniture. There are questions about cleanliness. In my case, they didn't even bother to clean up in two days. It's a serious mistake that should get another star removed. I regretted the benevolence and responsiveness of the reception staff.
