There was a disadvantage for our friends who stayed in the main 8-storey building, the elevator did not work for several days, and several times during the vacation for 10 days. It wasn't very comfortable going up to the 8th or 7th floor, even going down several times a day. In general, the staff is friendly. I recommend the hotel. The locals outside the hotel, to put it mildly, are generally awesome, mostly women (sellers), constantly rude, name-calling, trying to be nice... You are everywhere and in everything. The service is so-so, questionable. By the way, there are no complaints about men. They behave as you allow them to. Another huge disadvantage is the garbage everywhere, the horror. Even at the sights. I was completely disappointed by the White Rocks, I have never seen such a dump for such money (((((((
