We stayed at the hotel from 01/21/2022 to 01/25/2022. Traveling, I never cease to wonder how they assign stars to hotels???? Sometimes a "three" is better than another "five". So the Martinez Hotel is a wonderful, wonderful, small, cozy hotel. Soap accessories, slippers, glass cups. Of course, in fairness, I must say that the view from the window was not very good, the breakfasts were so-so, there was no kettle, but for us this is not worth attention, nonsense. But the staff is very friendly. We cleaned daily, changed towels. And most importantly, everything is learned in comparison: our flight was canceled and we checked into a 5-star hotel for a day. There was no limit to my indignation, the room was terribly cold, the wind was right out of the window, there were no slippers and bathrobes, there were no glass glasses, we only had green tea and three bags of sugar (there are two of us, that is, one for someone, and two for someone). I had a rest at this hotel in September, I really liked it, the room was on the 4th floor, everything was clean, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are snow-white, all the hotel staff are pleasant to communicate with and will always come to the rescue, you can communicate in Russian.The food and breakfast in the dining room are very good.And the location is also good..
The hotel is in a good location in a shopping area. It is quite consistent with its three stars. The food is good, towels and shampoos are changed daily. The rooms certainly leave much to be desired in terms of the cleanliness of the carpet, walls and bedspreads.
