The hotel's convenient location to the main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. A comfortable room with everything you need.
The hotel is located 30 minutes from the nearest metro station. The admin does not speak Russian, but they understood each other. I squeezed the change of $ 5, which was not there at the time of check-in.
A room on the 4th floor with a balcony. The toilet was leaking, the room was not clean enough, there was hair on the bed linen and in the bathroom. There is a kettle and 4 tea bags for 4 days. There was no drinking water, it was boiled from the tap.
The breakfasts are monotonous: omelette, boiled eggs, salads (cucumber, tomatoes) cheeses, cereals. It's the same every day. There were worms in the dates.
In general, you can stay overnight for a few days.
Positive:
1) to the main attractions 15 minutes on foot;
2) a good breakfast: salads, pastries, eggs, coffee, tea;
3) Friendly staff.
4) low price;
5) The administrator speaks English.
Minuses :
1) it's a long way to the nearest metro station;
2) towels are not changed (just folded);
3) average purity;
4) the administration smokes practically in the hotel from morning to night and the smoke pulls into the rooms;
5) There is no sea view, although they claim that the rooms have a sea view.
6) it is better to monitor and double-check the calculation of money.
A wonderful hotel, we visited in May 2024, the location is just super,5 minutes to Hagia Sophia, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. There is a terrace with a beautiful view, but a note for the hotel, the terrace needs to be updated. In general, the hotel is wonderful for the center of Istanbul.
A pleasant hotel, there are delicious breakfasts. Parking is shared on the street and it is lucky if there happens to be an empty space. They sell discounted tours (cheaper than on the street). There are Russian-speaking staff. It is better to order laundry elsewhere, or understand in advance that one wash starts from 1000 rubles (300 liras). The location of the hotel is convenient for sightseeing trips, but you may still need a taxi. (they suggested that it is better to use the InDrive program)
A good hotel to stay for a few nights, the place is quiet because it is off the road. The hotel is three minutes from the historical center. The breakfasts are hearty, the women in the dining room have a good knowledge of the Russian language
We stayed for the New Year holidays. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly, the street is quiet and cozy. The breakfasts are monotonous, without frills. Speaking of food, be sure to check out the restaurant opposite Marbella, but avoid the eatery with touts Fatima on the next street.
On the fourth floor, there was a weak pressure of hot water in the shower, especially in the morning and evening hours. But these are small things…
What really upset me was the loss of the new AirPods Pro headphones, unfortunately, they did not have time to link them to the phone. They were in a drawer. And remarkably, at the same time as the loss, the cleaning team was replaced (one day the room was left without cleaning). By the way, the cleaning is very mediocre. We reported the incident to the receptionist at the reception, looked at the cameras installed in the corridors, but to no avail.
There is only one conclusion, valuables should be kept in a safe.
A nice hotel on a quiet street, which is very valuable in a dynamic Istanbul.
The room is small with a view of the street or the construction site. In winter, there are problems with heating and room cleaning.
Breakfast is included in the price (please specify): vegetables, sliced vegetables, salads, desserts, omelette, delicious coffee from the coffee machine, tea, cereals.
The TV is working, the WiFi is excellent, the receptionist speaks Russian. On the top floor there is a terrace overlooking the construction site.

Nice hotel! Polite staff! Delicious breakfast!
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Convenient location on a quiet street, but close to the sights.
Nice hotel, Russian-speaking staff. The room is small, but cozy. There is a tea set, refrigerator, disposable slippers. A very decent breakfast with porridge, pancakes, omelette, egg, sausage cheese, as well as salads (fried eggplant with vegetables is generally a bomb!!!) Thank you Dilara!!!. The hotel is very well located: 3 minutes to the Red Sea embankment, 6 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Sofia.. There are several other mini-hotels on the streets where the hotel is located, so in the evening the street is filled with tourists' impressions of the day spent. But as they say, "earplugs in your ears"! I definitely recommend it!!!
The hotel is really cool. A quiet street and five minutes to the Story. The room is cozy and warm, with everything you need - a TV, a refrigerator, a soft bed and a bunch of other things that brighten up your vacation. But the main thing is the staff. It's like I got to my family. They are always polite, kind and ready to provide any help. Well, the cherry on the cake is Dilara. Her breakfasts are the envy of the neighboring hotels. Everything is very tasty and made with love. I really want to come back here, and I will only recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful New Year holidays!!!
The hotel is kept on staff - it's wonderful! The girls in the restaurant, the guys at the reception are very caring and responsive. The girls speak Russian, and the guys have excellent English and they are always ready to help. There is enough food, eggs, delicious fresh cheeses, fruits, coffee, tea, juices....The location of the hotel is good, a quiet street in the middle of a bustling city. And all the main attractions are within walking distance.The Internet is good. About the cons- a fairly old hotel, a puddle appears under the sink periodically, we have a large gap under the front door in our room. But overall, the impression of the hotel is good.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet location. A step away from the sights of Istanbul. Excellent breakfasts. The staff is polite, organized a transfer.
A quiet corner of paradise! We lived in a deluxe room, a cozy balcony, sea view... We met well, all the staff are pleasant, generous. Breakfast is on fire! Dilara the cook is just a bomb! It's delicious, a lot, if you're late, they personally cooked for us. Thanks a lot to Dilara;
We had a rest in Istanbul from May 7 to May 17 at the maritime hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance. The audibility is really great, but we were lucky with the vacationers. It was quiet. There is a friendly staff at the reception, Ismail was very helpful. There are problems with Russian, but we were lucky, there was a girl from Uzbekistan, a Dilara, who helped us. The rooms were cleaned well, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed three times in 10 days. The linen is snow - white . The breakfasts corresponded to the stated, I did not have enough yogurt and porridge, but it was very nice when they bought yogurt especially for me. There was an omelette, olives, delicious cheese, vegetables. We were pampered with Turkish coffee several times. It is a pity that the renovation began and we were only able to admire the views of Istanbul in the evening from the terrace for a few days. The hotel corresponds to the stated three, I recommend you to visit.
Great location! A quiet street, the muezzins do not bother. Clean, cozy rooms. The staff is very attentive and helpful. A lot of cafes, Arasta bazaar, Hagia Sophia - all within walking distance.
