The location is great! Near the park and all the New Athos attractions. The accommodation itself is not bad, but the audibility is very terrible. The neighbors on the ground floor are shooting from the noise from the second floor. You can hear everything, how a chair moves on the terrace, how a neighbor snores, how people wash in the shower, how people talk nearby and downstairs in the room. There are still a lot of animals in the room: bugs, spiders, centipedes, all of them move freely in the room, in the shower cabin.
There is a kitchen corner on the terrace where you can cook food, there are necessary utensils.

Excellent budget hotel, completely made of wood. There is a kitchen on the balcony of each floor. The room has everything you need, but without a TV. It would not hurt to make normal steps, since those that are difficult to call steps, it is difficult to climb, especially for the elderly. But a very good location: near a park, very close to the Psyrtskha railway station, a man-made waterfall, as well as the New Athos Monastery. And the sea is especially close!

I do not recommend this place at all!!! I'll start with housing... We rented a house, we took a photo of it. .. dirt, garbage, a small closet, no table, lived for seven days, no one ever offered to do the cleaning. Territory....she is not from the word at all!!! I was shocked when I saw that the whole area was covered with dry grass, straw, and there was a terrible smell of manure. There are no gazebos, no barbecue area, for example, to fry a sea fish, there are no benches, just a bare area on the slope, not even flowers. Another huge disadvantage...there is a construction site nearby, and if you want to sleep a little longer, you will not succeed. There is a terrible roar. I can't get through to the hostess, at best some girl will come, probably a maid, I don't know for sure. To catch WiFi, you need to climb to the top of their territory. But he's not in the cabin. Climbing to the top to catch a WiFi, I came across a huge pile of garbage, both construction and food waste. In general, the rest was spoiled, that the room is not worth ALL this money, that disgusting territory, which you cannot look at without tears. When you call, forgive not only the photo of the house or room (there are also rooms in a separate house), ask for a photo of the territory.

The star is only for the balcony, so he impressed. There are no blankets, it is cold at night in autumn, the lights are turned off in Abkhazia and the air conditioner does not work for heating. No one fixed the problem with the light, we went to the toilet and shower with a flashlight from the phone, we had to chew the batteries on the remote control so as not to freeze))), towels are old, leaky and dirty, you go down the stairs on the territory and there is a pile of garbage, everything fell out of the bags, water in the shower It doesn't go away clogged and you're standing in this slush. The hostess did not come to help with any request, because we were not profitable for her, since we stayed for two nights, in general, Guliza's humanity does not smell here. To my request for blankets, she replied, "take the blankets from the first room yourself and I can't help you anymore." Thank God the good neighbors helped, they gave us 3!!! blankets and a remote control helped and a bottle of hot water was advised at the feet for the night. Thanks to them. I am writing this so that the hostess can read it and think that no matter how many people came, if you voluntarily chose the service sector, then provide these services. I didn't want to pay at all, but I still have decency and an agreement inside me.

The room is basically clean, shower with poor pressure, toilet, bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, room sq.12, Fat minus, fattest, there is no sound insulation, we lived on the 2nd floor and a family with 2 children lived in the next room, until 01:00 it felt like we live a big and a friendly, noisy family, everything was heard, even how the toilet was flushed, after 01:00 a man began to snore in the next room on the other side and there was the same feeling that he was sleeping in our room, it did not work out. In the morning we decided to leave this hotel, I wrote in the whatsapp that we were leaving and even threw off a night video with the voices of neighbors to confirm, to which the hostess told me that she would not return the money, after much bickering, the hostess of the Guliza hotel deigned to give us the money but in the amount of 10,000 thousand rubles, that is, she we were held back for the night by 6,000 thousand (tax, room and penalty) and was extremely unfriendly with her guests. People, if you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't book this hotel.

Nearby is the pretty Swan Lake Park with cafes, electric car rental for children, a large pond and a mini-zoo. The guest courtyard is not bad for short-term stays. All the amenities in the room are: toilet, shower, refrigerator and air conditioning. The only inconvenience is the rumble of construction on the contrary, sometimes a cloud of dust arrives. Overall, I am satisfied and the price is quite affordable.

We booked a month in advance, the room was occupied by our arrival and the hostess settled us next to the Swan Hotel for two days until our room was available.Room for three in MAGNOLIA in September 1800r. Two days later we arrived at our "apartment". The three of them couldn't even turn around, there was nowhere to sleep. Two beds and a cot, as it turned out later, were broken, the springs were all sticking out. In defense, they brought a mattress and slept on the floor. Then, as it turned out, all the vacationers with the 3rd place slept on the floor. What is on the site does not correspond to reality. The barbecue area is called a barbecue and a skewed table with holes. There are 4 rooms with clapboards on each floor, you can even hear them snuffling. There were two plates, one cup and a knife in the room for three people. There was an electric stove under the skewed ironing board on the floor, there was no place to make coffee, and the hostess does not know what a turk is.She pretended to be a fool. The yard is neglected, the steps up the mountain are very high and uncomfortable. One advantage is that it is close to the park. Two days spent in a Swan hotel cannot be compared with a Magnolia tree. I do not advise, do not book. It's better to look at them firsthand and walk up their steps.
