We rested in Istanbul for 5 days, stayed at this hotel. Beautiful for your money. The location is ideal, you can build cool routes from the hotel for every day, there are many mosques and historical attractions nearby. There are many different cafes where you can eat. There are shops, tram stops nearby. The ferry stop is 10 minutes away. And if you walk a little, you can go out to the beautiful embankment. The location is perfect.
The rooms are old but clean, cleaned every day, changed towels, paper, etc.
The room has everything, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer.
You can take an iron at the reception.
A very comfortable large bed and overall the room is pretty.
The hotel administrators are good young men, they will help you, they will tell you everything, they are friendly)
They took only breakfast - not very, sparsely. We walked for two days, the rest of the days we ate in cafes.
The hotel is clean to spend the night, clean, convenient, comfortable.
I don't see any point in chasing 5* hotels in Istanbul.
This one is what you need, I recommend it!!!
It's a good budget hotel for its price, the staff speaks Russian, the breakfasts are delicious, and most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent, it was in April 2024
Who is waiting for a luxury hotel is not here, the hotel is just for relaxing after visiting all the sights of Istanbul, which are within walking distance, this patch has everything. The rooms are small, but they won't turn around, as I understand it, we still got a decent one, someone complained about ants. There was no sound insulation, there were Arabs and children in the neighborhood, screaming at 23.00, okay, it was 2 days. We had a great view and did not dig enough at sea. Go to breakfast by 8.30, otherwise it won't be there. Towels were changed every day, why only, it would be better to wipe the floor. The essence of the hotel we were in Rene, just to sleep and no more frills there. It is possible to bring your own towels, take them, and they do not give you slippers, we carried everything with us)The staff speaks Russian..as it is, Istanbul is gorgeous!
Not a bad hotel. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The rooms wish for the ultimate best. Cleaning and changing of towels were carried out every day.
A normal place, yes dirty walls and old everything, but guys, this is Istanbul, everything is old there, I did not pay attention to the little things and enjoyed the city. The room is great for your money. The location is also good, but it is located at the bottom, so people with sore knees, be on the alert, it's cool to go up and down there. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and grocery stores, trains. The hotel staff is nice, helpful, and speak Russian. In general, the whole area speaks Russian. I had a room, the Windows overlooked the sea, the beauty 🥰 in general, if you are going to walk around the city and immerse yourself in the life of Turkey, then the room is good, and if you want to lie and relax in the room, then the city is a little wrong, you need to take it south. Thank you all for your attention 😄
P.S. Seagulls are frequent guests , and it is very loud in Ramadan
The main advantages are the location in a quiet corner of the most tourist place in Istanbul among the main historical attractions and the price. The standard room is small but cozy. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, a wardrobe, a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the Marmara Sea. I recommend 3 or 4 floors. They clean so-so, the food is satisfactory (they only took breakfast), the staff is friendly.
The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned and towels are changed every day.
All the girls working at this hotel came across as Russian speakers)
The location is convenient, but it is worth considering that to get out into the city you need to overcome a not puny hill with a steep ascent)
In general, the hotel is acceptable for your money, and yet it needs cosmetic repairs.
The room was very dirty. The walls, doors, and curtains were stained in various ways. There was hair on the bed linen and towels. The linen and towels are very old and tired.
Soap, toilet paper and disposable slippers were updated in the room in a timely manner.
There was no other cleaning in the room.
The guys have a special check-in scheme here, so if they tell you that your reservation has been canceled, fight, most likely it's not true. Well, what can I say, an unpleasant smell, a lot of things are broken, but it's normal for Turkey. We were very lucky with the view, it smoothed out the inconvenience
Terrible hotel. Everything is dirty, the bed linen is torn, towels are in the hair, the wallpaper is peeling off, the water was turned off for 2 hours and there are no answers when it will be! There are no glasses in the room, I had to ask, the kettle is dirty. It was also cold, even the air conditioner couldn't cope.
The room is very small, there is nowhere to put things, There should have been 2 beds, but there was one, they do not give an extra blanket. Close to the historical center, attractions.
A good three. Dirty and washed towels. Faulty plumbing. There has been no repair for a long time, everything is falling off. We'll go up at 4 a.m. with a mullah, next to a mosque. Great breakfasts!

Dirty, noisy, disgusting. Dirt is just everywhere, it is impossible to find it inside without disgust. The breakfast is good, there is about nothing edible…
Don't ever choose her. There is no cleaning or towel replacement. Don't even choose to stay overnight. The view from the window that it will not be on the site. Here's the view

It's very dirty. We were in three rooms, the shower door was broken or missing everywhere, the linen and towels were dirty, cigarette butts under the bed, linen in holes
