One of the disadvantages is the ground floor in the basement.
It's not a bad hotel, but it should be borne in mind that it is located in the basement. Accordingly, the windows in the rooms are semi-basement. You can only stay in rooms facing the courtyard. We unknowingly took a room with windows facing the street and it was not a night, but a nightmare. There is no air conditioning in the room, respectively, it is very hot in summer, the fan does not save. If you open the window, there is a wild noise from the transport, which travels literally at the level of the head of the sleepers (because of the basement windows). In general, it was not a night, but a torture. But most likely there is no such problem with the rooms facing the courtyard. As it is, everything is clean enough, the staff is friendly. So don't repeat our mistake.
In principle, everything is fine. But there are small disadvantages. Some admins are very noisy, despite the late hour. To the administrator Kat, if I pronounce it correctly, great respect!!!!! When we get to Tbilisi, maybe we'll meet, I'll take a chance to check in again....
The hotel is located in the basement of an old apartment building, newly renovated. Friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable price. The hotel is located within walking distance from the bus stop, which allows you to get to interesting locations in Tbilisi.
