I liked the hotel.Four floors. Three of them are guest rooms.(12 rooms), 1st floor dining room (they cook delicious, lots of meat dishes and lots of steamed vegetables) and a wine shop. On each floor there is a large hall (huge window, sofa and ironing board with iron), 4 rooms. The rooms are large, all corner rooms with large panoramic windows.A full-length balcony with a table, chairs, and a clothes dryer. Room 1 has a large or 2 beds. The linen is clean, the pillows are new, the blankets are fluffy and light.A sofa, a table,an air conditioner, a radiator,heavy curtains for sleeping, a large mirror, a refrigerator, a kettle, bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers. The shower is large, and there is always hot water. There is a park with lakes in front of the hotel. There are many feathered animals walking among you (petting zoo)-geese, swans,peacocks, guinea fowls, turkeys, (ostriches (in a pen). The Monastery of Simon the Canaanite is within walking distance (500m along the Sinner's Path). Waterfall (550m), near the old railway station and the beginning of the trail into the mountains to the grotto. The famous caves are 650 meters away. The sea is 200 meters away. A wide embankment under cypress trees along the sea. The sea is a pebble. The beach is still clean from end to end of visibility. The hotel is very well located and the staff is very attentive. If I go to New Athos, I will stay at this hotel. Everything came together for me!

We have been coming to the LERNEST Hotel for the 5th year. Very cozy and convenient location from the sea and to the sights. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a dining room with a good selection of menus. A great store with a good selection of local wines. The rooms are very cozy. Daily cleaning, linen change every 3 days. Each room has a kettle, cups, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. The staff is very friendly. We are leaving with the desire to return next year only to our favorite LERNEST Hotel

We had a rest from September 14 to 17, 2024, first of all, about the advantages. The location is super. Everything is within walking distance - shops, stalls, the sea, the park, the sights of the city. The hotel itself is not bad. Maid Nadia speaks Russian poorly, but understands. Cleaning was carried out daily. There were three of us on vacation, as indicated in the voucher, through a travel agency. The room has a double bed and a sofa, which turned out to be broken. And in 4 days we have not managed to have it repaired. It was only necessary to pull the spring off there. We women didn't have enough strength. Leaving, saying goodbye, they just turned away from us. And this is in the land of the Soul, where hospitality is welcomed!? And this broken sofa ruined our whole vacation, we are not young, pensioners. We dreamed of comfort. The towels were full of holes. There was a smell of sewage in the room, I had to keep the ventilation in the bathroom on. We conclude that we will not return to this hotel anymore!!! And I don't advise others. The attitude of the Abkhazians towards the Russians is simply disgusting, they all say that they are tired of us.
