Good day!!! Natalia, I am writing a review as promised. You have a wonderful guest house!!! A place for a relaxing family holiday with children. They greeted us warmly, cordially, as if we were relatives. The room has all the amenities, clean linen, everything is impeccable. A big plus is that the food is included, rest from cooking is very important, many thanks to Zaire and Natalia, pampered with homemade sweets, they cook amazingly.(+3kg😂😂😂) Big greetings to Bacha, my husband misses tennis tournaments and soulful evenings over a glass of chacha. We will definitely come to you again, with great respect, the Smirnov family.💋💋💋

Good afternoon. We got into these houses by accident, but we didn't want to leave))) we met hospitably, we really liked everything) we are ready to help in any situation. The sea and the market are just around the corner, everything is very close and accessible. A very quiet and cozy place. I recommend it to everyone. We had a rest in this guest house in mid-September. 11 days flew by like one. A very quiet and peaceful place (there were few children at this time, I think it will be louder in the summer). The passing road is not nearby, so cars are almost inaudible. The migration routes of tourists, and indeed resort life, take place next to the sea, and since the sea is not close, there is no noise. We went to the sea on foot, 15 minutes and voila, but there is also a transfer several times a day. In general, for themselves, the distance from the sea was assessed as a plus rather than a minus.
The territory is very large, no one bothers anyone. There are many gazebos, a large outdoor veranda-kitchen, all kinds of activities - billiards, tennis, badminton. There are washing machines, for a very small money you can wash.
Delicious homemade food, large enough portions, we always ate enough and there was no desire to eat somewhere else. For all the time, the stomachs did not get sick even once.
The rooms are spacious enough, a comfortable bed, a large sofa bed, a floor lamp, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning (warm/cold), a bathroom - everything you need.
In general, in reality everything there is much more interesting and prettier than in the photos. We felt like we were in the country.
Separately, I want to write about Natalia (this is the administrator) and her team. It is they who create that wonderful home atmosphere and really take care of each of their guests. None of my requests were ignored. Always smiling people, ready to help - thank you very much.
In general, we liked it, and if we are going to Abkhazia again, we will definitely come to this wonderful place.

We rested from August 17 to August 24, 2023. Quiet, secluded, away from the hustle and bustle. Only the roosters are crowing in the morning somewhere near the neighbors. A big plus is that the territory is fenced. The food is very tasty, varied, even the children ate with pleasure. There is a "recreation veranda" with a tennis and billiard tables, a table for checkers. There is a playground (slide, swing). On the territory of the gazebo, in the evenings in the fresh air it is pleasant to spend time. Laundry is paid, up to 5 kg 150 rubles. Parking spaces on site. They take you to the sea twice a day for free, for about five minutes. You can also walk, about 20 minutes. The sea is the purest. All the staff are the nicest people. Huge greetings from Yekaterinburg!

A wonderful place! We rested for two weeks with the children. Very cozy and well-maintained territory, gazebos for family gatherings, a playground and a swimming pool for children. Delicious homemade food prepared by caring chefs three times a day. And what a pastry, mmm!!! The staff is just top class, they treat everyone like family. It was the first time, but it feels like we've been visiting relatives. Sooo liked it, I think we'll be back!

a very beautiful place, the staff is kind, the pastries are unrealistically delicious, the portions are good, the beach is not far away, and the beach is generally super, the water is clean and there are not many people. I recommend a place for a quiet relaxing holiday in an Abkhazian village with cows :)

It's happened! We visited Abkhazia during the velvet season with accommodation in this wonderful hotel. What can I say: the rest was a success! Partly thanks to this hotel and the people who work for the benefit of vacationers. We came on vacation with a one-year-old child (we celebrated the year here), lived for almost two weeks, everything completely satisfied us. The territory is large, enclosed, with a beautiful lawn, which is so pleasant to walk barefoot. The food is varied, very tasty porridges, soups, excellent pastries. The room was spacious, clean, and the bonus was a large veranda. There are gazebos, barbecue, tennis table, billiards on the territory. There is something to do in the evening after sunset. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace and for us this is not a minus at all, the road to the sea is good, it is a pleasure to walk through the park with a stroller. If you don't want to walk, there is a shuttle service several times a day.

Good day to all! I decided to leave my feedback about this institution, perhaps it will be useful for those who are planning a vacation there. And now in order! Starting with the pros. I really liked the closed territory of the hotel, a lot of children who have fun spending time together. The friendly host. At first it would seem that the situation is like at home! I guess that's it, since the situation with the maintenance staff quickly dispelled our illusions. It seemed that we came there for free to visit and, to put it mildly, we were not welcome.Accidentally forgotten plates that were not cleaned up after themselves - a reprimand, not to mention alcohol, fun, which would seem permissible on vacation, as it turned out - is also not welcome!
During the flood, the children got wet and dirty, there were no dry clothes and clean towels left, in a critical situation we had to take them ourselves, since none of the employees took care of it, to which in response we also listened to complaints!!!!
If we asked in the menu not to put something or remove it - askance We watched it! The administration, as well as the relatives of the administration (which made up most of the guest houses), often schemed, almost "picked at dirty laundry." Sometimes it seemed that we were uninvited guests here or just a mockery for their company. Of course, the situation as a whole caused a lot of negativity, the spoiled mood is not only for us!!!!

We visited this hotel in June 2022, for the first time in Abkhazia. I liked everything, the territory is large, the staff is friendly, the children have something to do. The food is delicious, breakfast, lunch, dinner. You can play billiards, tennis, cook on the grill. The beach is a 20-minute walk away, but you can also drive from the hotel.

Our first vacation in Abkhazia this summer. We were very satisfied!!! The choice fell on a small village near Pitsunda, called Ldzaa. We booked it in a very short time, as we were supposed to fly to Turkey, but it was closed due to the pandemic. At the opening, on June 21, 5 people for my family, me, my wife and 3 children, deposited about 280 thousand in the Side. So they began to look for a budget one. We have been looking for guest houses on the Internet for a long time based on the principle of price and quality. We found a house near Venus on Apsny Street in the village of Ldzaa. The price was budget. And we agreed. Prepayment is a banal 5 thousand. The hosts helped arrange the transfer, the hostess is always in touch, a warm welcome with her wine). The room is as desired, the most important thing is the amenities-air conditioning, shower, bathroom and 3 beds, TV. In general, there are different numbers for any wallet. I liked that the large territory, the children after the sea, have a place to run. Large shared kitchen, washing machine, iron, etc. And other household trifles made it easier to rest. There is, of course, wi-fi. We also want to note that here is the best and cleanest beach (we were in Gagra and Pitsunda). The helpful hosts helped with an individual tour, which allowed us to take our 2-year-old daughter with us without fear. In general, following the results of our first visit to this country, we are delighted!!! It is a very warm country, and I think we were lucky with the chosen place, as it is of great importance. There are a lot of negative things written about housing in Abkhazia, but this is the place... It's just amazing!!! If you go to Abkhazia, then only there. Homemade and delicious food. Well-maintained territory. Laundry and children's playground. Gazebos on the territory where you can barbecue. And you can say a lot of good words about the employees of this place for a long time. Go there and see for yourself!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ldzaa Hotel. The staff is friendly, the rating is excellent++, the rooms are excellent. Nutrition is above all praise. Special thanks to Natalia, who is very friendly and kind-hearted. My wife and I were walking: 20 minutes to the beach, twenty minutes swimming, 20 minutes back at 7-00 in the morning, the result is not a gram of weight loss, because the food is very tasty. It is especially good to have a family vacation there. There is a transfer to the sea (for those who are lazy).We will definitely go next year.

On the one hand, everything is very simple, but well done. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is excellent. It is very convenient, if you are not a glutton, then two meals a day can be quite stretched into three meals a day. The hostess Natalia is good-natured and goes to a meeting on many issues. Delivery to the beach is organized, although walking is much, much more interesting and better because there is a relict pine forest all around. The play area for children is very good, children do not get bored. I really liked it, if there is money, I will go again. But for now... I'm staying here in a good mood -)
