Great hotel! Located a 4-minute walk from Narimanov metro station, 2 stops and on the boulevard already! Shops, cafes, shops with fruits and vegetables are just a step away. The rooms are clean, everything is brand new, towels were changed every day, bed every 4 days. The staff speaks Russian perfectly, they are very polite, the girl at the reception and Rashad solved all issues immediately (we asked for a kettle), the room has its own bathroom, there was always water in the shower. Breakfast is a bit monotonous in the morning, but everything is delicious) We were very satisfied with this hotel. See you soon!
Why did no one indicate that the hotel is located exactly in the center of the ruins quarter...with such views from the rooms and when leaving the hotel ...? (apparently they once planned to demolish it, but people continue to live there).
Yes, the cost is small, but at the same time the breakfasts are very modest; you have to ask for blankets, bathrobes in the room, they didn't really clean up for 4 nights - the hair in the bathroom remained, half of the rooms were heavily smoked - they asked to move, in our end the air conditioning system broke down and dripped loudly all night, and the neighbors actually staged a disco.
Of the advantages: a beautiful interior (albeit tired) - it is clear that once they invested well, and pleasant administrators, close to the Aliyev art center
I found myself in this hotel by accident: we were not accepted at the Boulevard Side Hotel, although I booked back in mid-April for August 2024. I'm not moody, so I liked everything here. Many thanks to the administrator Arzu Khudieva. She was our tour guide , gave us all the necessary information on all issues . Arzu, thank you!!!! The hotel is conveniently located: near the Heydar Aliyev center , there is a good place to relax , near the metro. The room is clean , the trash was picked up every day , and towels were changed almost every day . In the room there is a mini-bar , a kettle , two tea bags and bottled water, shampoo , gel and a piece of soap , there is a hair dryer , air conditioning is also available . Breakfast is a buffet, for breakfast there are three types of omelets (regular , with sausages and with vegetables ), sausage , cheese , vegetables , fruits , pastries , very tasty juices . We have been on many excursions ( thanks to Arzu! ), and on the beach . They took me to the beach outside the city ( the beach was a gift for a long - distance excursion ) . The Caspian Sea is shallow , the shore and bottom are sandy . On the beach, sun beds are paid, 5 manats. It is necessary to take sun beds : although the heat is 32-36 degrees , the sand is nevertheless damp . The first time I did not take a sunbed , I decided to make do with my rug , and the next day I barely got up : my lower back was broken , every breath was painful. I have a good impression of Baku and Azerbaijan in general. We were in Bogustan, on the mud volcano , Yanardag , Gabala, Shaki, Lankaran , Ismailakh, Shamakhi, Shahdag, on the Agate Mountains, the mausoleum of Deri Baba, walked a lot around Baku, were in the carpet museum, took a ride on the Ferris wheel. Baku is an oil city, and oil is pumped right in the city itself on a large territory. The dream of seeing Baku has come true! See you soon, Baku!
