Everything is great.The host is very generous and friendly, the staff is excellent, cleanliness and comfort.A kitchen with appliances and accessories is freely available, even wine for guests.I recommend and invite everyone!

Good, helpful staff, clean, in the basement there is a certain cellar with wines and an area where you can drink coffee (from a coffee machine), drink tea and sit, just keep in mind that you need to walk to the main square across the bridge to the other side of the river and although the room was large, but I did not like the sound insulation.

Nice hotel. Especially wonderful views from the window of Tbilisi. The owner is very friendly. The basement of the hotel is made in the style of a bar. Coffee, tea, drinks are free. Self-service. And the owner has a wonderful Georgian wine. I recommend trying it. You can also buy it, it's a secret. I recommend visiting this hotel, which is a 15-minute walk from the center. I love Tbilisi

The hotel is very cozy, clean, good, friendly host. A large room with an excellent bathroom and a bathtub, not a shower, which is very rare in Georgia, a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe, good location, close to the old town and Rike Park, two shops nearby. The area near the hotel is very quiet, it is interesting to walk around it. They treat you to delicious wine. There is a shared kitchen, a coffee machine and a large refrigerator. A good view from the window of Mtatsminda mountain, a lot of seals.

I really liked the hotel.A quiet and peaceful place.Towels were changed every day, the room was washed.Another plus is that the kitchen is downstairs, there is no such noise on the floor.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.There is a washing machine, you just need your own powder, and washing things is not a problem.There is an ironing board with an iron on the floor, which is also very convenient.In general, I recommend it, we liked the hotel.

A good hotel for your money, great location. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor with a view of the TV tower and the whole city. The host is very hospitable. There is a kitchen where you can use everything you need. We were accepted with toy without any problems, although in the hotels nearby it was in the description that they were accommodated with animals, but in fact not. Thank you for your hospitality! I recommend the hotel!

The hotel is not bad for its location, the rooms are spacious, but the plumbing is too old and the rooms still need to be repaired soon. But the host more than compensates for the shortcomings with his cordiality and excellent breakfasts.

of the unpleasant things, this is not a particularly friendly girl at the reception and a hole in the bathroom that was taped with something, but it flowed out even when they were just washing their feet)

In general, I liked everything except that the wi-fi was not working in the room. Contacting the reception did not help, although the girl kindly gave out an external router and promised that it would definitely help.

A great host. Water, wine, and chacha are freely available. I made a discount.
The room is clean, the linen is fresh, towels are changed regularly too.
The area is quiet, but within walking distance from the center. I didn't regret it. I recommend.
