We rested here from 06/20/27/24.
The hotel is clean, bright, cozy, with modern renovation. The room is spacious. There is a kettle, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, folding clothes dryer, free wi-fi. It's enough to look through the news, lay out the rils. A separate love is a large balcony. There were two sun beds, a table, a dryer and it was still spacious. And what kind of views do you have?
The room is cleaned every day. But the change of linen is every 5 days. It should be. They haven't changed it for us in a week. So are the towels. Although we reminded you about it the day before. They did not go to find out, because they were already leaving a day later.
The staff itself is friendly and hospitable. There are interruptions with water (throughout the city), but the hotel carefully provides 5L bottles of water on the floor. There is a laundry service for an additional fee.a fee, and on the 1st floor you can iron things. But we've never used it, I can't estimate it.
The breakfasts are delicious. Although there is not much choice, there is something new every day. There is also tea, milk, coffee, including custard. The truth is "brewed" simply with boiling water. But in my opinion, it's still a huge plus.
The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located right next to the famous relic grove! There are many cafes, canteens, shops, a pharmacy nearby. The nearest beach is 10 minutes along the alley. To the main embankment (sculpture of the Divers) half an hour along the sea along the beach. Of course, it will be even faster down the alley.
In general, except for the change of linen, I liked everything very much, we were satisfied. Thanks to the hotel staff.
Just yesterday we returned from a vacation at the Kiaraz Arena hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, with spacious rooms and balconies. Excellent location, views, hotel grounds.
But in order to keep up with the times and be attractive to tourists, the owners of the hotel need to review and finalize something. I will write what is missing, perhaps they will listen to my feedback and it will be much more pleasant to relax with you.
Rooms:
1. Give keys to each guest of the room.
2. Refresh the repair in the SU (get rid of mold and rust), add towel hooks.
3. The rooms are spacious, but two huge armchairs are not needed there. Just a sofa is enough as an additional place.
4. But the wardrobe is very small! The hallway also lacks hooks on the wall.
5. It would be nice if there would be a bottle of water in the room for guests and a minimum set of dishes (plates, forks, knives).
6. The breakfasts Are very monotonous! There are not enough vegetables, sometimes you can change the glaze for boiled eggs. Every day, sausage and cheese of the same type (low quality) can be varied at least with sausages or ham. Jams and honey can be served with butter.
7. Add benches in the yard.
The hotel itself is not bad: spacious rooms, location (500 m to the sea), convenient Parking. However, the hotel has big problems with the staff: a complete lack of customer orientation.
We had a rest with a child (2 years old). They asked for an extra pillow (there are only two in the room). We were told that children under three years old are not allowed. It's not supposed to. Breakfast was also not allowed (there are only two adults in the ticket, although it was indicated at the time of booking that breakfast was for three people). In general, it is unpleasant to hear this, living in a room for 10 thousand rubles per day.
This is if private; I'll try a little more objectively, imagine: upon arrival at the hotel, you are greeted by a young girl with a Soviet-suffering face and without a gram of a smile with pompous politeness checks documents, gives out keys, in each case emphasizing that you will be responsible for any oversight (and you prescribe a price list for damaged property upon check-in). You come to your room, where Soviet repairs have been made, the shower head is broken, the faucet is rusted, all the closet doors are creaking. After reading the "price list", where even fines for damage to towels are indicated, which, moreover, is indicated aloud by the administrator, it seems that all the flaws in the room want to hang on you. However, you cannot check out of the hotel without consequences - the fee is charged in advance and not a penny of the amount for the entire stay is refunded.
While staying in a hotel, you ask for some small thing like an extra pillow, towels, soap - you are refused, simply because "it is not allowed". Even for a fee, it is not necessary, despite the fact that you have already paid not the smallest money.
When checking out, your room is checked to see if you have damaged anything - such is the presumption of guilt.
It seems as if the staff was given a hotel (and a pretty good one), but did not explain how to work in it. It's like a monkey was given car keys.
