Despite being located right in the city center, this hotel stands out for its affordable prices and the cleanliness of its rooms. I stayed here for 5 days and was able to negotiate a private room that normally costs 500,000 UZS down to 300,000–350,000 UZS per night. This is definitely a great travel hack for anyone looking to enjoy Khiva on a budget without sacrificing comfort!

The only plus in this hostel was that they check in at any time of the day, even early in the morning (in many hostels they check in from 12 or 14:00), well, it's close to the airport and the northern railway station if you have a flight at night or at any time of the day to get there in a maximum of 10 minutes. But that's all the advantages. Many rooms without windows lack fresh air, and the shower is often clogged. The breakfasts are monotonous, boiled egg, sausages and, if you're lucky, vegetables and that's it. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The last time we left a very bad impression, when we were not in the room, someone was rummaging through our things, when we returned the door was open, although the keys were always with us. A house slipper was stolen, honestly it's even funny
There are cameras everywhere, I asked the admin to look and tell me who stole my sneakers, who needed them at all, but they pulled before I left. And on the last day they insulted me, they didn't show me a video, they just said that the children were playing and accidentally entered (and they didn't answer when they entered) It turned out that the cleaner who was in our room, although she did not clean up, was the wife of the administrator, so he began to accuse me of allegedly stealing their little daughter's shoes, although there was nothing like that. They couldn't prove anything by video. I think they were angry that I was forced to pay for the slippers. They carried valuable things with them. There is no trust at all. For that kind of money, there are a lot of hostels with the best conditions in the center and anywhere else. I don't recommend it at all. It doesn't seem like they've done any repairs there for a very long time, or even changed the bed. The blankets stink, you can see that they don't even wash, the rooms are musty. Many stop just because the airport is close.

The room is clean and spacious, with air conditioning. The breakfasts are meager, what should be hot is cold. We stayed for 2, 5 days, during which time the room key stopped working twice. When booking, it was indicated that a free transfer to the airport was provided, but there were problems with this, until they said that it was indicated in the booking.

We stayed for 4 hours to rest at night between flights. A very specific place! In the middle of the corridor on the floor there is a bunch of "comrades" very loudly watching YouTube. And they don't really care that you're crawling with your suitcases. As they say, "not a tram." The room seems to be tidy and has everything you need, but everything is very tired. The window faces the wall, but at the same time a lantern shines very brightly through the crack from above all night, from which it is not possible to hide with the existing blinds. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. They did not dare to undress, they lay down in their clothes, covering the pillows with their belongings and covering themselves with jackets. Instead of blankets, old blankets without duvet covers, which it is unclear who was hiding before, judging by the contingent. They tried to sleep. But this was impossible, since the noise was incredible from all sides: on the 1st floor, a crowd of either Pakistanis or Indians (extremely noisy guys) was chattering half the night without stopping for a minute, they could be perfectly heard from the neighboring rooms and the corridor. And the TV in the next room was also perfectly audible. It would be better to spend these hours at the airport than to endure all this tin for $ 27! Naturally, they did not dare to have breakfast there.

We were in this hotel for the second time, the first time there was a normal breakfast to choose from and different fruits, this time there was only fried bread with sausage, I think that for a room worth 3400 rubles it was possible to come up with something more interesting. Ventilation problems constantly stank of smoke, no one cleans the room for a week. I won't come here next time.

We booked a room at this hotel due to the fact that the booking at the booking office for another hotel jumped off...there were simply no options, this hotel in the price-quality ratio does not justify its price at all, at the reception 2 young receptionists tried to charge us double, pretending that they do not know how to calculate the ratio of the sum, ruble and dollar.Honestly, it wasn't very pleasant.the room itself is quite neat, but somehow not very cozy, there were 2 hangers for 4 people in the closet.somehow they begged me.the room has a TV, air conditioning, this is a plus. The bathroom is old, but very slippery.my mom fell coming out of the shower and hurt herself (. sound insulation is bad, Wi-Fi catches average. The breakfasts are generally hearty, varied, but peculiar for us, if you can eat soup and pasta in the morning, then you will have a very satisfying and decent meal, enough until lunch.In general, for the money that was offered, I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, not far from the airport. We arrived from Astana immediately to the hotel, the kitchen is good, in the morning for breakfast fried eggs, sausages, cheeses, coffee or tea. The cafe is with her, it's also delicious.
In general, the Uzbeks are well done, friendly, hospitable and most importantly hard workers!
