Very bad hotel! Dont chose this place to stay in Tbilisi!!! Rooms are awfull! Sound insulation is 0, the noise from other rooms was very bad! There is no napkins in room. For example to clean smth you need to use toilet paper! The lights were not working normal! Bed sheets were dirty. There was a blood stains 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ No toothbrushes in room! No soap! The toilet is very small. Its located very close to the bath and there is not even room for legs to sit on the toilet! Cleaning service personal is rough and they look at the guests with bad eyes.

Be careful if you want to stay in this hotel - it cancels your reservation if you are late. We have a booking made a week before and when we come they lied to us that there is a failure in booking system and they can not provide us a room. It’s obvious that if reservation made a week before on booking.com it can not be a failure especially that we had a confirmation from the hotel. Moreover the manager of the hotel is very rude, unpleasant and hysteric women that does not want to help you.

A good hotel for that kind of money. The deluxe room was paid 1099 GEL for 6 nights. About 200,000 tenge. The breakfasts are excellent, buffet style, there is a coffee machine. The location of the hotel is very convenient. All the main places can be reached on foot. A taxi in the city from here costs an average of 3.5-5.5 GEL. The only drawback is that the lounge area did not work
