I really liked the hotel. Reasonable price, very tasty , varied breakfasts. The hotel is located close to the center, to the tram line, the metro is also nearby. The area is quiet, and the hotel is located a little further from the main street, which creates an atmosphere of peace and quiet. The staff is very polite and cultured. Ready to help at any moment. There are plenty of Russian-speaking staff. Special thanks to the technical staff.Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day. I recommend.
Everything is great for ***: a large selection for breakfast, a good location, the entire center is within walking distance. They clean up cleanly and regularly. There were no problems or difficulties

Ideal location (main attractions, metro, tram, train - everything is nearby).
The rest is a tired Turkish threesome (plumbing, linen). A dreary breakfast (as in all Turkish non-AI hotels).
The hotel is just for the night.
The rooms there are small, not like in the photo. Plus , you can hear everything there , who 's doing what , and you can live like this . The area is good
The hotel is three stars, I wouldn't give them one. Dirty bed linen, stained, towels can already be used to wash the floors, the shower cabin is dirty, the sides are mildewed, the neighbors are audible as if they are washing and going to the toilet. No glass, no kettle. Breakfast sucks, boiled eggs, eggs in milk, eggs with seasoning, eggs with sausage.
I do not recommend it to anyone.
The rooms in the hotel are small, dirty, all the furniture and plumbing are old. Breakfasts are held in the basement, unlike the nearest hotels, where breakfasts are held on the top floor overlooking the Bosphorus. Its only advantage is its location.
There is a swimming pool, breakfast, they understand Russian, the sauna is really a little warm

+friendly staff
+clean
+cleaned every day
+ I needed a room with a sea view - they gave it right away
+the conder worked very well on heat
+ breakfast - as in all 5*, only there is less choice
+near metro, tram, Suleymaniye mosque within walking distance
+you can also find cheap cafes nearby
- the staff does not know English and Russian well
-to live on the 8th floor, you need to take the elevator to the 7th and walk up (although for me it was more +😂)
- the sink was leaking in the shower room
- there is no bike rental at the hotel, and they don't know where to get it
-everyone is trading in the area and in general the wholesale/retail area, be prepared for the night noise (you can't hear it in the room)
-naturally, there are a lot of touts in this area for tourists to cafes and shops
In general, we were satisfied.
