Great hotel!
Polite staff (but no Russian speakers), wonderful breakfasts from 7 to 10 am.
To the metro 1 minute, to the tram 3 minutes.
The place is quiet, even on the ground floor and the windows facing the street you can get enough sleep.
By number 5, everything is in the photo.
Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, exchangers - everything is there.
WiFi for free is consistently good speed.
I booked on Yandex. Travel and paid for in rubles.
We stayed with a friend for a few days, convenient location, good breakfasts, quite standard, but everything is delicious, the disadvantages are very small rooms and the door in the shower did not work well, for the money it is normal.
We stayed at this hotel in October 2024, the rooms are small, the staff is not friendly or cultured, and they communicate in Turkish, which is not very comfortable.
Audibility in the rooms. However, there is one big plus-the location of the hotel, metro and bus stops nearby.
At the museum, we walked.
You can stay for 3-4 days.
A good hotel, price-quality, I've seen a lot of inexpensive city hotels in Istanbul, either very small, or smoky, or noisy under the windows until morning, I recommend this one, everything is generally good here
It's a great place. It's a very nice room. We didn't have a view from the window, but we didn't count on it. I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Great location for tourists. It's a great place for the price and quality.
Pros: convenient location, friendly staff (they understand a little Russian), good breakfasts.
Cons: the rooms are "tired", it is very dark in the room. If there is smoking in the next room, then you will also smell cigarettes. The bathroom has poor ventilation and an unpleasant smell.
Overall, it's not bad, but there were problems with the toilet in the room, they couldn't fix it in 5 days. There was no shower partition in the bathroom, there was water in all directions. The breakfast is good. The rooms themselves are very small.
I think it is very important to leave a review for this hotel.
We rested here for a week in May 2023, we were in Istanbul for the first time.
First of all, I would like to note the excellent transport accessibility of this place: we took the metro from the airport, the Vesnegiler station is a two-minute walk away. There is also a T1 high-speed tram station right next to it, which allows you to quickly get to the center. But in general, you can walk everywhere - all Hagia Sophia is a fifteen-minute walk away. It's the same distance to Eminem, and from there you can take a ferry to Kadikoy, even to the Princes' Islands. Also within walking distance of restaurants (no longer as expensive as in the very center), exchangers, minimarkets. In general, everything you need for life. In short, the location is top.
Secondly, I would like to note that, in general, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We chose options from the "inexpensive" category - seven nights cost us 40k. The breakfasts were included in the price and they were lovely) Yes, they get a little bit boring in a week, because the menu doesn't change much from day to day, but how delicious everything is. We were very satisfied, we found everything we needed: fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, bread, fresh coffee, juices, pastries, greens. What else is needed?)
Thirdly, I would like to say a few words about the room. Yes, the rooms here are compact, there was not enough space to hang all the things, but how cozy) The renovation in the hotel is fresh, stylish, both in the rooms and in the corridors. Well, the shower is simply beyond praise, one of the best in my life. It was very pleasant to come home every day.
The view from the window, of course, was so-so, or rather, it was practically non-existent - the window overlooked the courtyard, but they say that this is for the best, because on the other side, on the street, it can be noisy.
The fourth is maintenance. Cleaning every day, perfect cleanliness, very polite guys at the reception, ready to help in any situation. By the way, no one spoke Russian, but it was easy to explain in English.
In general, I boldly give a five-point rating!
The Wi-Fi is great. The shower is gorgeous. The room is a little dark. Towels were changed every day. The staff does not speak Russian. Hearty breakfasts.
Excellent and delicious breakfasts. The shower is great. Comfortable pillows and mattress. The room was cleaned daily.
The staff does not speak Russian
The location is ideal, the reception staff is very friendly and customer-oriented, the rooms were cleaned every day, the sound insulation is good, the breakfasts and the restaurant itself were very pleased. I will recommend it to all my friends!
The rooms smell musty:somewhere it is absolutely unbearable, somewhere it is tolerable. The rooms are tiny, you can put a suitcase, but it's already problematic to open it. Not very customer-oriented reception.
A good location is the only plus.

The hotel is great. We got a room with a "view" of the courtyard, or rather there were some roofs there, BUT this is such a huge plus because there was an opportunity to sleep! Quiet, well, only the seagulls screamed, it's nonsense. The breakfast is excellent, there is everything and again the seagulls fly to the ledge to treat themselves 😀
The food is monotonous. The room is cramped, the lighting is dim. The plumbing is in a tired state. The room is cleaned daily, but the dust is not wiped off.
