Nice hotel, 3 floors, elevator, everything is clean, newly renovated. Its own patio with tables where you can sit.
There was a room on the 1st floor, about 20 sq.m.: a room with a double bed, one large window overlooking the street, a combined bathroom (shower), toilet, hallway with mirrored wardrobe, refrigerator, two cabinets, desk, hairdryer, electric kettle, air conditioning, tea/coffee, no mini bar.
They cleaned every day, friendly Russian-speaking staff. The reception is open 24 hours.
Delicious breakfasts.
Metro (300 Aragveli) 700 meters, shops (Spar 210 meters), cooking 7 minutes walk towards the metro, restaurant (Beernest 👍🏻, 4.8⭐️) 450 meters, medical center (Ingorokva Clinic) 700 meters within walking distance.
We chose a hotel closer to the hospital, so the location is optimal for us, but the price seemed a little too high (165 lari per day), for tourists, you can take a hotel closer to the center /attractions (ibis budget Tbilisi hotel, 22 George Akhvlediani St., Rustaveli metro station 600 meters, price 101 lari per day at the end of April on booking) is definitely not worse for a similar price or cheaper.
We stayed at the hotel from May 13th to 17th. Brand new, modern, clean, nice hotel, great location, we walked to Avlabar and other attractions. Delicious hearty breakfasts, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious. A cozy courtyard. Satisfied with the accommodation. We will definitely come back!
In general, a good hotel for tourists.
But there are nuances that you should know about before checking in.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, far from the center. Isani Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms lack the usual little things that make your stay comfortable - cups, tea, coffee (for some reason there is a kettle and glasses), slippers, towels for the floor. For some reason, 2 bottles of shower gel and no shampoo are hanging in the shower (shampoo was brought later).
There is no sound insulation. At 8 a.m., children started running down the corridor, the audibility was as if they had run into our room. Take earplugs. On the last day, the receptionist woke up with a knock on the door at 7:50 a.m. to find out if our room water was leaking.
Breakfast is announced from 8:30 to 10:30. But in fact, when you arrive at 9:30, you will find that most of the food is gone. Positions are not replenished or replaced.
Staff of various levels of competence. If you ask one employee something, he assures you that there is no such option. Then you turn to another with the same request and get what you wanted.
There are no batteries in the rooms, heating is carried out using an air conditioning system, which is why there is a buzzing noise, which is especially noticeable at night in silence.
Of the 5 days booked, cleaning was carried out only 3 times. Towels were changed irregularly.
Among the unequivocal advantages of the hotel: really delicious breakfast food (which people did not have time to eat before you), fresh room stock, cleanliness, cost of living.
