Great, we put a solid five in our price niche. Clean everywhere: in the room, linen, towels, in the toilet, bathroom, in the hotel... There is no need to be afraid of a shared kitchen, toilet, shower - it is cozy, everything is at home... The hosts are hospitable, pleasant people.

I haven't been anywhere 3 times. I've never even been to the same place twice.But I was here.
A very good place to stay and most importantly - people! They're cool. And they will meet you, and organize excursions, and give you coffee, and call a taxi. Hospitality in all its glory.
We come with pleasure every time.
Friendly hosts, decent room, free, lived in three. A continental breakfast was included in the price. The prices are reasonable. It was a long way from the center, the metro saved us. It's 5-7 minutes away.
We are staying here for the second time. There is a kitchen, which has, perhaps, everything. Shower, hot water. They give individual washing accessories, including a toothbrush. There is an air conditioner in the room, which can be turned on for heating if it is cold. Outside the window is a quiet courtyard, a view of the mountain, and a palm tree!)))) Very hospitable and caring hosts! They will prompt and help you with any question. In the morning, we brewed delicious coffee and found a scale to weigh the luggage before the flight. I highly recommend it!

For those who are going to this hotel! I advise you to be very clean, cozy and warm! Good relationship! I advise everyone not to pay too much)
