There is no service. The TV did not work when checking in, it was not connected for 2.5 weeks. 3 towels were provided for 8 people (the rest are in the wash). All the chairs were broken. Trash from previous tenants. Moth-eaten carpets. The toilet broke down after 1.5 weeks (repaired 3 times). The mirror was just standing on the sink. They asked me to hang it. They hung it up to the height of a basketball hoop. Light in the bathroom.the node does not turn off - there is no switch, I had to use a flap. There is a lot of garbage on the beach and in the lake on the territory, which no one cleans up. A playground with a dead swing, metal pins sticking out, where a child injured his head. The blue swing failed twice during the vacation. The slide is broken in one place, part of the slide is lying right there on the site.
There is a monotonous meal of carrots, pasta and porridge with eggs in the dining room. We were pleased only with soups and different buns for dinner. Disgusting table setting. There were constantly not enough napkins, cutlery, salt, sugar, cups, tea was carried for a very long time, or not at all. Up to a pile of 6!!! they changed the table several times, transplanting it without warning. There are springs on the territory that are absolutely not mineral. Just heated water from the lake. In addition, slave (child) labor is used on the territory. Cleaning children, cleaning girls, canteen workers, beach staff - all children.
Some people write here that a biased person will find anything, and you need to enjoy the climate and nature. But nature and climate do not belong to the Eurasia Hotel. Therefore, the feedback about these details is only positive elsewhere. In general, for 17,000 per day for a room, I wanted to get at least something, but I was only pleased with nature.
