Positive:proximity to the sea, friendly administrators, convenient location in the city center, close to shops. The embankment is landscaped, you can walk along the sea. lots of cafes. More cons:The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. There is no baking, if there is, then it is small and it is sorted out instantly. Alcohol and beer are free, in unlimited quantities, but of terrible quality. Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned in the cafe, so you can always find the market open once a week. There is no private beach. However, there is a relatively clean city beach nearby, and there are even free umbrellas. The rooms correspond to 3 stars :
I had to ask for a hairdryer, kettle and iron. I had to ask for toilet paper too. You can withdraw money from your Savings account from a Russian-speaking tour operator by transferring money in lira at the exchange rate. You need to take new dollars and in small bills, because banks only change for 50 or 100 dollars.

A good city hotel, the main advantage is that everything is nearby: the beach, shops, excursions.. In principle, the room had everything you needed: air conditioning, TV (not included), hairdryer, balcony (you can see both the street and the sea). Among the disadvantages: several times they could not get into their room - the lock was buggy, I did not read the card, they reacted sluggishly to the claims at the reception, but each time they solved the problem); for some reason, the elevator only went up to the third floor, up to the fourth floor it was necessary to stomp. Of the drinks in the bar, the norm was only beer and raki (available only in the evening), cola, surprisingly, was also nothing. What they call gin has nothing to do with gin at all, it looks more like warm vodka, generously diluted with water)). But the biggest and fattest "minus" is food. During the 10 days of rest, I only saw chicken a couple of times, but mostly some kind of soy patties. There are only vegetables in abundance ((But the truth is, we went there 5 times for dinner, 3 times for lunch, and twice for breakfast (there were scrambled eggs). We ate mostly outside the hotel. In general, if you don't focus too much on food, then it's quite good.

I rested here from September 23 to September 30, 2024. The hotel is urban, for unassuming tourists!🤭
The hotel is old, the furniture is too, the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, and during the week of my vacation they were cleaned 1 time. I lived in the Oscar building.
Nutrition is a vegan's dream😁For the most part it's vegetables, meat once a day for dinner, watermelon and melon from fruits, beer from alcohol, red and white wine, gin, crayfish, tea/coffee, jupi😁
There is no entertainment, but every evening, if desired, they take you to the disco at 23.00 and return at 2.00.
The location of the hotel is excellent - 5 minutes and you are by the sea.
The sea itself is dirty (do not wait for Alanya with blue water), the further you go from the hotel towards Icmeler, the cleaner the sea.
Beaches - there are free city ones with umbrellas, pebbles entering the sea, it's a bit painful. There are beaches from hotels, with sun beds, but in order to stay there (if you want all day) you need to order a drink from the menu (you can have the cheapest, but not on all beaches it rolls, somewhere they ask you to order at least 500 lira🤨).
On excursions, buy on the street, cheaper than with a guide. But don't rush either. I bought on Dalyan for $ 30, went a little further, towards Ichmeler, and for $ 25.buy🤭
In general, my impressions of Marmaris remained only positive, somewhat reminiscent of Pattaya Thai😁definitely I will come again!

Nice hotel, spacious. The food is normal, more herbs than meat dishes. Fruits are present. The rooms are large, everything is there, cleaning every day. One minus is the noise from the street in the rooms. You can't rest day and night, but it gets quieter in the morning.The balcony door does not drown out the noise.Everything is within walking distance, shops and a fruit market are 10-12 minutes away.

A normal hotel. The location to the sea was important to me - literally 5 minutes from the hotel there is a free good beach (without umbrellas, to the right along the embankment). You can also buy for free near the hotel (Yunus beach), but there is a stinky river flowing out there, I do not advise it.
Cleanliness and the absence of insects are also important to me. This is also all right, the room is clean, the towels are clean, the dishes in the dining room are clean, the waiters are constantly cleaning the tables.
There were no problems with sun beds by the pool - there were always enough of them. You need to take beach towels with you.
As for the food, everything is delicious, there is no meat, chicken is rare, mostly they give some kind of nuggets from it is unclear what (most likely soy meat), but it is edible. We had no desire to eat somewhere else, we had enough food, in this regard we are not particularly picky. Of course, I always asked for a double portion at the meat distribution, it is impossible to eat one piece - they never refused.
The bar has a standard set of drinks for Turkey - normal beer, white wine. There were also no problems that something was over - they always poured, and 3-4 glasses at a time, as many as you ask, they will pour as much. Glasses made of good thick plastic, 250 ml each. The wine is poured into glass glasses.
For a 3-star hotel, everything is very good. We have previously vacationed only in 4 and 5 stars, there have been worse.
Yes, the room is quite shabby, but everything worked - air conditioning, TV, plumbing. There was no refrigerator in the room, they went out on the balcony only to dry things, it is not suitable for other things. It is better to take a rope for drying things with you.
There are 2 Migros shops near the hotel, but it is not necessary to go to them, in other small shops nearby the prices are about the same.
I took ice cream at Migros for 30 lire, the price is the same in the hotel store.
Bring a good mood with you and do not sit in the room and the rest will be fine! 😉

By the way, the excursions were taken on a tip from the guys from Hot Travel, they are standing right on the street if you go left from the hotel, an office with red signs, look for David and Yusuf, they have the coolest prices and the organization is at the highest level, we recommend merging and Pamukkale for sure! We stayed here for the second time. Everything is according to 3 stars, price = quality! I love this place for its democratic atmosphere, friendly staff and authenticity. Lovers of eating, lying down not by the sea, drinking from morning to evening is not the place here!) The good thing about Marmaris is that the hotel is just a place to spend the night! All the best outside of it: boat trips, excursions, restaurants and bars with gorgeous views! And the road to Icmeler along the embankment on a bike!!Pay extra and don't grumble!)

Very nice hotel, we were delighted!
We chose a mega-burning ticket for 10 days. We read the reviews and were ready for anything.
In fact, we are very pleasantly surprised!
Compared with the Egyptian 4* . This hotel, although 3*, is clearly winning!

We had a rest in early October 2024.
The most advantage of this hotel is the location, nothing else. From the word AT ALL.

Everything is wildly not tasty. What's left of lunch and dinner will be given out the next day mixed with herbs or vegetables. They don't spoil you with meat. Meat is just a word for them. Get ready to be hungry.
Breakfast is the most satisfying of the whole menu. We were stocking up on cheese sandwiches for the day.
The hotel consists of three zones.
We happened to check in where the rooms are 2000...
In other parts of the hotel, apparently, there was a renovation, it's cooler there, everything is new.
On the 1st day of check-in, an emergency number was given. Everything was bad at the san node. The wall of the room was stained, as if flooded from above. Kick-ass. But they know about it and do nothing. We were relocated.
You give a request at the reception that they take a shower in all directions, but they don't do anything.
Be prepared for the fact that the electronic key does not work periodically.
The elevator is friends with itself as it wants)))
By the way, after one day we were sitting in a restaurant and discussed a lot about how we were fed... sooooo loudly discussed by several people,

I found a very nice room with a view of the city. The hotel has two swimming pools, they are good, I liked them. The room was cleaned every day . The staff is polite, no problem. The staff only speaks English and Turkish, but there was no problem with that either. The hotel also has a hammam and massage services for a fee. CONS:

I want to note that this is our first time relaxing at the sea, but this is just a quiet nightmare, not a hotel. Start- power supply. Everything is monotonous. The concept of all inclusive includes only included greens- salads and similar herbs. On the main dishes there is a person who distributes. The chicken was 1 time all the time. If he gives you one chicken leg and you ask for "pliz more", in response you will hear and see a man waving his hands and saying that's all. Not anymore. The second point is the cockroaches that literally almost floated in the salad plate. My husband noticed it- after I saw it, I almost threw up. I haven't seen this before....next - chemical juices. On the second day, I had an allergy. The whole body was sprinkled with small dots. Rooms: well, a shower is not about anything at all. Just a Watering Can. When you wash, everything flows into the toilet and there is just a puddle. The so-called water shutter does not help in any way. There is not always hot water… The bar is always open in the evenings, the music is booming wildly until 23.00 -23.40. Even with the balcony and windows closed, you will not fall asleep. and finally. We check out of the hotel at 18.15. We were kicked out of the room at 15.00 with tantrums, they say we have to vacate the room at 12. For a moment, no one warned us, the check-out information is not written anywhere on the hotel. We tried to find out at the reception - the girl in the same aggressive form said that the rooms were vacated at 12.00 and find out the rest of the information from your guide. Lol, that is, logically, I leave at 12 and 6 o'clock, I'm just hanging out who knows where. According to the location, I put 4 points. There is no direct access to the beach-you need to leave the hotel and go around. But it is not critical, 5 minutes and you are on the embankment. Immediately Tiffany Beach-there is a swing and a good selection of drinks and food, in the evening it works like a regular bar. Prices, due to inflation, have increased compared to last year.
The rooms in the hotel itself are small (we were first settled in building C, but for an additional fee of $ 10), transferred to B with a view of the pool and the sea. At check-out, if you want to extend the room, then $ 20.
Daily cleaning service. Soap, shampoos, hair dryer. Towels are changed on request. If you hang it on the door, do not disturb, there will be no cleaning. But this is basically normal.
2 swimming pools, quite passable. The water is clean. There are slides for children.
But the cleanliness near the pool is not very good, they do not clean well near the sun beds and do not collect glasses.
There are many tourists from Turkey and foreign guests. There are fewer Russians.
The food as a whole is more or less. Lots of greenery. Meat is rarely given, as well as fish. In 14 days, there were three chicken, fish, something from the liver a couple of times (terribly overcooked and dry). On other days, such as nuggets and soy products.
They gave cabbage 5 or 6 kinds, it was delicious. Beans, pasta,mashed potatoes,stews, eggplant and zucchini, baked potatoes. Everything is delicious. Soup of the same type at lunch and in the evening. I liked. Sweet delicious with chocolate and some puddings.
They gave watermelons (delicious) and sometimes oranges (dry). The wine and beer are quite decent. I haven't tried the rest.

If you follow the road along the beach, you can walk to Palace beach, Ikon and other beautiful locations. We drove at our leisure and walked. About an hour at a leisurely pace. Beautiful views and nature.
Prices at Palace beach are 1000 liras per nose deposit. Ikon 3000 or 2000..and LaQuerida in Greek style 4500 for a boar (large bed) with sea view. You order food and drinks for yourself in this amount.

The hotel pulls in 3, the rooms are a bit old, but you can find better ones if you pay extra, as we did. We were given a great room with a sea view, the bathroom is clean, the room itself is clean and spacious ,they clean well, there is air conditioning, TV, the only thing is that there is nowhere to dry things, unless you hang them on chairs or on the balcony grilles.

A chic hotel, vacationed in August in 2022 , we got a room after renovation, also with a sea view. The food in the hotel is good, there is no variety like in 5 stars, but the essence of the food is the same, the food is good, we were always full. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, in the middle of Marmaris, near the promenade and shops. The staff is very friendly. And in general, we really liked it. I advise everyone who likes urban recreation, and not to sit around the clock in a hotel. As is customary in Kemer, for example.

Standard: 2 beds, bedside table, table, wardrobe, shower cabin. The plumbing is working, there is always hot water. A small balcony with an armchair. The TV is small, but I don't watch it at home either. There is an air conditioner, I did not turn it on, an open balcony was enough for ventilation. There were no mosquitoes. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper were provided. My room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. Excellent conditions to spend the night and take a shower after the beach, dry towels on the balcony. I liked that the windows of my room overlooked the roadway, the monotonous sound of passing cars completely prevents me from sleeping.
I only had breakfast. The tables are comfortably located in the outdoor courtyard by the pool. The sea is clean, transparent and warm, I did not want to leave it. Due to the fact that the bay is surrounded by mountains on all sides, the sea is always calm: calm in the morning, like a mirror, light waves in the afternoon. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the depth begins gradually.
The beaches in Marmaris are municipal. The entire coastline is conditionally divided between restaurants on the embankment without fences, opposite each restaurant has its own plot. There is an exemplary order on the beach. The price of a seat is 300-400 liras, but this is a deposit for drinks and food from the restaurant, which the waiters will bring to the table by the chaise longue under an umbrella. Sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas, everything is clean and new, you need to bring your own towel, a place on the beach is reserved for you for the whole day, you can leave a towel, go out to lunch or walk in the heat, return to the beach in the evening.
I recommend the hotel to anyone who does not like to sit in the room and spends the whole day at the sea, goes for a walk and have fun in the evening.

The floors were not washed once, I left crumbs at the entrance on purpose, before cleaning - they were in place after cleaning. Only she brought my wet towels from the balcony and put them on the bed, and yes, I also gave her money.
There are good guys at the reception, for 5 euros a room with a view of the sea and the pool. It's always noisy, but at least it's beautiful.

I'll start with the fact that if you come here in the season for 150+ thousand, you will automatically be dissatisfied, but as a budget vacation option (as happened with us), we were satisfied.
Room 2501 in building 1. From day 1, they asked for relocation because of the noise from the road, we were told that there were no places, but then I realized that the sea view was even worse since the windows overlook the promenade with noisy cafes until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. In general, the room suited Us, there is a little repair in the shower, our request for repair of the door was quickly responded to and repaired. Alas, the air conditioner directs directly to the bed, I don't know if it's the same everywhere, but we had to sleep without a conditioner, since the evenings were a little fresher on August 31.
Which is clean.
The hotel definitely does not have enough staff (they obviously save money) during the day when the cleaners are clean everywhere, but after lunch they do not maintain cleanliness and the toilets and tables become really dirty.
Meal.
I attached a photo of the main type of food, for 3 stars the most common option. A protein lunch can be chickpeas, beans, nuggets or soy cutlets 1 type per day. Dinner was chicken, the last dinner there was no chicken, there were only hearts with liver, that was really not very good. almost every day watermelons and melons, like out of 6 nights there was only 1 time.

Desserts chocolate sponge cake is disassembled in a moment for dinner, we did not suffer! You leave the hotel and 2 minutes walk to the right shop, any chocolate, cookies, ice cream made in Turkey is very tasty! In the photo, I added bars for 30 rubles. Ice cream was also taken there for 20 lire, today it is 56 rubles.

This is my first time in Marmaris, I used to fly only to Antalya and what can I say, I was not impressed by the sea here.
We only went to the free beach from the hotel, go out and to the right either along the beach or down the street directly and see the beach where umbrellas are like hats, I will attach a photo. We came twice every day, we always found a free umbrella + a migros store right by the beach.
You can go to paid beaches, cocktails, a bottle of water, buy something and a chaise longue for free. We didn't go there, it was sooo cramped, a sunbed on a sunbed.
We did not take excursions, but went to the paid ikon beach. It is expensive, but the enjoyment of the views and the sea is real. And we also went to Icmeler, the fare is 30 lira, we arrived and left, I did not see the difference from our beach, but there was nowhere to lie down, they said that there was also a free beach, we did not look for it. The hotel also said that an hour's walk towards Icmeler there is a beautiful wild beach, with glasses you can see turtles, we did not check.
A little more about the sea, it's clean before lunch, even probably until 11 a.m., then everything is ruined by boats that start to sail massively from the port, the smell of exhaust and fuel oil on the water, as well as churned sand.
Children.
There are two pools in one of them there are 2 slides, 1 did not work all our vacation, but all children and adults rode with the second one. There is a micro cubicle for kids. In general, there is nothing to do with a child in Marmaris in a city hotel if you are waiting for animations and mini disco. In the first days there were two Russian children, then everyone left, there were only a few Turkish children left.
Prices.
I was already in Turkey this year in Alanya, I knew that everything was expensive, but Marmaris certainly broke all records. Probably, when you arrive at breakfast, you will only eat a doshirak from BIM if you want to have a budget rest, since even some hot dog in a cafe costs from 1000 rubles, breakfast glaze 500 rubles. Of course, we may have come across such cafes, but we did not see any other prices on the coast.
