We had a family vacation in Giustiniano in early September 2024. My daughter is
8l. The hotel, the territory, the staff, the food, the animation, the kids' club-everything is cool and varied! Everything is in one place, you don't need to go anywhere. The territory is well maintained, everything is nearby. The number was changed, no problem.
The staff is helpful. There are no complaints. The child always has something to do, the parents have a rest. The evening program is daily, except Sundays.
Many thanks to the hotel for our stay!
It is better to go to the hammam at the hotel, pay a little more, but do not go (not the promised 25 minutes, but an hour-an hour 20 in one direction) do not wait there for the group until everyone is given extra charges and everyone will wash and gather. we went from sanfan, we are extremely dissatisfied. Moreover, everyone who went to the bathhouse is unhappy. It's not worth it for a long time, half a day. Well, this is the only thing that upset us and took away precious rest time.
We remember the rest with the most positive emotions, we would come back again.

A good family hotel, with daily room cleaning, good and varied meals, there is a possibility for sports - a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, a lawn tennis court, a table tennis table, a gym, a spa area with ham and massage (it is paid), swimming pools, slides for children and adults, good animation team, proximity to the beach. Among the disadvantages for us is the lack of a kettle in the room (you can take a $ 10 deposit), paid ironing of things - $ 4 per hour. We were from October 7 to October 21, the velvet season, the sea temperature is 26-28 °, 28-30°, there are small pebbles on the beach and the purest Mediterranean sea)))

We had a family vacation from 27.10 to 05.11. I will list the advantages first: 1. Great big area, green and beautiful, cool sunsets in the evenings. 2. The animation is good, for those who need to do something, there is volleyball and darts, and other games, discos and shows in the evenings, but the show is not always. 3. Alcohol, if you don't find fault, is everywhere, and even mojitos in the lobby bar are poured with bacardi rum. 4. For children, a children's club from 10 a.m., swimming pools, slides. 5. In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is conducive to relaxation. Of the cons, why did I put 3 points: 1. The food is either so poor in October, or always, I don't know, but the food gets boring on day 3, everything is the same and not particularly tasty, somehow bland. 2. The cleaning in the rooms is fictitious, the garbage was thrown out of the bucket and that's it, the linen was not changed for 6 days until the maids complained with dissatisfied faces, the maids smoke very much in the hotel, the smell even drags into the rooms. 3. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, take shoes.
