A great hotel for your money!
I would like to start with the location: it is a 15-minute walk from the Sasunzi David metro station, a 15-minute walk from the large cool shopping center Erebuni, near supermarkets and cafes. If you like to take a little walk, this is definitely your option. The rooms are new, the renovation is excellent, the showers are spacious, the set of disposable accessories is wonderful, enough for at least a week. The rooms have Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and air conditioning. The audibility of the road may interfere with someone a little, but we sleep like the dead, we were fine. If you take a room towards the road, you can enjoy the view of Ararat in the morning)
Many thanks to the excellent administrators of the hotel, we were lucky enough to communicate with everyone, all issues were resolved very quickly and with a soul. If we return to Yerevan, then here!

Clean, cozy, very friendly staff. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The only thing is, if you fall asleep only in silence, ask for a room with windows to the courtyard. The hotel is great!

I stayed for three nights.The room is clean. Friendly staff. Air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, TV, tea set, glass, slippers, brush, paste, shower gel, shampoo, towel (3 pcs).
I didn't ask for the first floor when I booked, but I was given the first room on the first floor. It's not critical. One of the obvious disadvantages is the lack of sound insulation. The windows faced the road, and there were some repairs until late on Friday. It's quiet on weekends. Also, it is very audible when neighboring rooms come, you can hear how the drain goes after each visit to the toilet. But, the top one is the refrigerator, which is noisy / crackling 24/7, not loud, but still. The rest, in fact, was not so annoying. I'm attaching a photo of the duvet cover. The bed linen is clean, but some things need to be replaced. There are no questions about towels. Also, next time, when planning a trip, I will look closer to the center of something. For myself personally. So the location is not bad, there are many options to leave by bus. Erebuni Fortress is nearby. Although, if the trip is in October or May (when it's not so hot), and you like to walk, then the option is suitable for the cost.

Excellent service and very good service!! Attentive, helpful staff, above all praise!! Very comfortable mattresses (which is rare even in Moscow hotels). The only drawback is that sometimes Wi—fi in the room disappears, but after going down to the first floor, the Internet catches perfectly again. In general, many thanks to all the staff of the hotel, for such a warm welcome, you are great fellows 👍

I do not recommend it.
The rooms are dirty, the dishes are unwashed, the shower is such that it is better to wash in slippers.
They left a sign asking them to get out and they didn't even take the crumbs off the table and off the floor.
They just pushed the ottoman so that the crumbs could not be seen.
It's not worth the money at all, I don't recommend it at all.

A new hotel with a stylish design. There is a small bar near the reception. Friendly staff.
The room is clean and tidy. They are cleaned every day. There are all necessary accessories, a refrigerator with a mini bar, a TV.
Convenient location, not so far from the center, next to David Sasunzi station.
Of the cons, the sound insulation is not very good, you can hear all the noise from the hall, plus the smell of cigarettes came into the room.

I'll start with the fact that for the first time in Armenia...
On the way I stopped at this hotel (to find out if there are available rooms ...) and she stayed... And I didn't regret a bit!!!
The hotel is new, modern designer renovation, high-quality furniture, very clean and cozy. The rooms are spacious, TV, refrigerator, high-quality bathroom, a huge bed with a very comfortable mattress, air conditioning. Daily room cleaning, disposable slippers, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes...
I really want to mention the hotel staff, especially the administrator Anna. They created a truly homely, very, very cozy atmosphere for me...
I am very glad that I got to this hotel!!!
