It is very noisy from the road, on the contrary, the artist taps out paintings from wood and is very audible😁 the staff does not speak Russian and English, I even had to speak with gestures 🤣🙈a separate joke is breakfast, which is on the 1st floor in some dungeon, there is no light, no lantern, instant coffee, there is almost no food at all except boiled eggs and unnatural yogurt, the rooms smell very strongly of cigarettes. You can smoke in the rooms here and you allow it to the guests?! A 2* hotel, I don't understand the rave reviews. I'm not picky, I choose ordinary hotels, but it's not about comfort

The location is great! The room was spacious and clean. The linen is tired, but clean. Cleaning on demand. Breakfast is normal, but if someone drinks coffee, either take it with you or drink it somewhere else. The receptionist is a friendly, sweet girl.

The location is good. But the hotel is not new. Something is stripped, something is broken. On the fourth floor, the windows are small and high. There was not enough light and air. Kettle, refrigerator, TV. Toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar every day. Cleanliness is a C grade : (The administration does not speak Russian....

If you have been brought to this hotel by a difficult one, then I can only sympathize with you. If it is possible to cancel your reservation and change your choice, then I certainly recommend doing so. 1. The hotel is dirty! There is dirt everywhere in the room, there is so much dust on the window sills that it seems as if they have not been washed since opening. 2. The bed linen is dirty! In someone else's hair. 3. Breakfasts (if they can be called that at all) are sausage, eggs, bread and tea in bags. all. And so it is every day. 4. The staff is indifferent. We went into the room, realized that it was sooo dirty, and asked to be cleaned immediately. We returned in the evening. What has changed? Nothing. 5. There were insects in the room on the 1st floor. 6. Noisy, very noisy. Okay, when you can only hear the street, but you can hear everything there - the reception, the neighbors from above, behind the wall. 7. THE MAIN THING. The hotel writes reviews on a popular booking platform fraudulently - gets access to a PIN code and puts the maximum score on behalf of the guests. The hotel also changes its names on a regular basis so that bad (honest) reviews disappear. This fact was confirmed to us by our city guide. Now to the pros: location. Everything. Conclusion: the hotel is not 4* according to a huge number of parameters. I do not recommend it. We are not super squeamish, but there is no such thing even in Asia.
