An Exceptional Experience for Our Corporate Trip
We recently stayed at this hotel for a corporate event, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we started planning, the experience was seamless. The staff, especially the incredible manager Tina, was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the booking and organizational process. Their flexibility and professionalism made planning easy and stress-free.
The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design and breathtaking views of the city from the windows. Its location is perfect—close to the city center yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay.
During our stay, every detail was perfectly handled. The conference facilities were excellent, with state-of-the-art equipment that met all our needs. The service during the event was impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The food was another highlight. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu catering to all tastes. It’s clear the culinary team takes great pride in delivering quality and variety.
A special shout-out to Tina, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and supported at every step. She was always available, approachable, and quick to assist with any requests. Her efforts truly enhanced our experience.
We highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays and look forward to returning in the future!
Definitely a great view from the terrace. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, booked a deluxe suite with a view of the city.
Fascinating, gorgeous, you can sit on the balcony forever). There is also a restaurant with a panoramic terrace just above the hotel, which is very beautiful. The breakfast was simple, but we had enough. The staff speaks several languages, they are quite responsive. Parking along the road. The hotel is located on a mountain, you can get off, but it's not always easy to get back.. We walked a lot around Tbilisi, and we took a taxi back to the hotel, which is cheap! Yandex, Maxim, or bolt. Old Tbilisi, sulfur baths, and the Marionette Theater are 20 minutes away on foot. The hotel has a homemade Bodjj cafe nearby, Georgian cuisine, homemade wine, etc., if the hotel restaurant is expensive!
All soap accessories, bathrobes, towels are available.
If you don't stay long, it's a wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view, but I suspect it's a deluxe one), standards are a different story. If you stay in old Tbilisi for a long time, it is better to settle down, there is not such a steep landscape and everything is nearby.
One of the disadvantages: The mattresses are very uncomfortable, you lie down and feel the springs. The problem with the iron. Once they forgot to put towels in.

Sometimes in a hotel, the poshness is a little overwhelming. This is not the case here: you are greeted in Russian and English, there is lemonade in the lobby. A wonderful, though not very varied breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city. By the way, it's better to take rooms with a view of the city. The Internet in the rooms is bad and you can hear what the neighbors are doing, sometimes it's even clear in what position, but 1. Location. 2. View from the window 3. Nezharko, 4 across the street - Park.
