Excellent location- everything is nearby- attractions, funicular, metro, vegetable market, pharmacies, grocery stores, exchange offices with a favorable rate!!!
About the room - clean, cozy, but there are minor flaws that need to be fixed, the room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV (YouTube channels only), air conditioning, hearty breakfasts ( monotonous)
The staff is excellent, Russian-speaking, ready to solve any issue.
A big plus is the availability of private Parking

A great hotel for a reasonable price.
A clean, cozy room with a soft bed and clean white linen!
The hotel has a very pleasant aroma.

We had a great rest and slept well.
There is a minus, the cafe in the hotel is open only for breakfast. However, 200 m away there is a great family cafe Pamella, I recommend they have excellent breakfasts from 10 o'clock you will not regret it!
There is no breakfast at the hotel!

We stayed for several days, we were satisfied, a good comfortable bed, a good tasty breakfast, but not very varied. Pleasant service. I got a slightly shabby bathroom. But it didn't bother me. It probably requires a little attention to these details.

We booked one of the best rooms in this hotel through the Islet service, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed at the reception, settled in. When we entered the room, it turned out that this was not the room that we had booked, but it was already late and we decided that we would spend the night here, and tomorrow we would figure it out. After about 10 minutes, we noticed ants on the floor - there were more and more of them and we realized that they clearly live here in a large colony. We went down to the reception and were helpfully given the keys to the new room. In a new room (on another floor) we also noticed a couple of ants, but it wasn't so critical anymore. But on the ceiling we saw a huge mold, to which I am allergic. I didn't have the strength to move anymore and we went to bed. After breakfast, we went to the manager to discuss this situation, change the room to the one we ordered, and refund the money for the first night, in response to which we received an ultimatum from the manager that either we stay here and the money is not returned to us, or we leave right now with a refund. To all our arguments that this is not normal - ants, mold, we received the answer "I don't see any problems here." As a result, we were moved to the room we ordered (not without favors), there was no point in looking for a new hotel, so we stayed, as well as the sediment from interacting with the manager. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the very center of the center of Tbilisi. Very convenient location. For the location, you can forget about negative impressions. Large rooms, not bad delicious breakfasts. Delicious buckwheat, sausages.
But, I need to write..., I hope that the business owners will read and understand my letter correctly. There are cockroaches in the room, he destroyed four secretly from his wife and child himself, the fifth was killed by his wife, and then the negativity began, why are we here, but why....
And, friends, I really don't want to write a bad review, given the responsiveness, openness and friendliness of the staff, but there is mold in the shower, we lived on the attic floor. It is necessary to etch and do a complete disinfection.
Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to my friends with pleasure. It's the first time I've had such a mix of feelings.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2023: on the way to Batumi in one room, and on the way back in another room for several days. Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the Old Town + there is parking. The staff is very friendly and friendly, I would like to say a special thank you to the room cleaner, a very attentive, neat and smiling woman. The rooms are modern and pleasant. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows (two each), there is an electric kettle with tea accessories, bottled water, a refrigerator, a large TV (you can find everything you want to watch via YouTube), soft white slippers and terry bathrobes. The only thing that was very cool for us at night, because the rooms use air conditioning to heat the room, but it makes a lot of noise. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, nail kits, hair dryer are provided in the toilet room. Shampoo and shower gel in dispensers on the walls. Unfortunately, the water in our room did not drain well from the shower cabin (it is not pleasant to wash standing ankle-deep in water) and since the cabin has no door, a lot of water pours into the bathroom. The hotel is very quiet, cozy, excellent sound insulation between the rooms, no one bothers anyone. I would also like to note the presence of a large terrace in the hotel, which offers a wonderful view of the city! There you can sit at tables and enjoy the weather and the views.

The rooms are dirty, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the plumbing in the bathroom is also dead!
Ridiculously: even the robes are full of holes! They asked to replace it, and they brought us holes too)))) They just don't have any others!
The breakfasts correspond to the level of the rooms, pathetic and squalid!

It's a cool hotel, everyone knows Russian and we had no problems with communication. The room is clean, the cleaning is done every day. The location is perfect, 3 minutes from the old town, the hotel is quiet, extraneous sounds did not interfere even once, although the Windows almost faced the road. We are sincerely grateful!

A brand new hotel, not all processes have been debugged yet: in places there are breakdowns in the plumbing, one of the rooms was smoked. In old Tbilisi, they like to turn off the lights and the hotel sometimes lives on a generator. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous. Instant coffee only.
But close to the center, it is convenient to get anywhere. There is a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the city.
