Benata Hotel is a great stay.

I had a good
rest from September 23-30. I would like to set aside the most detailed review.
1 ROOM (3rd floor) is probably the weakest point of the hotel. in general, 7-8*. there is also an extended room on the 2nd floor. and the 1st floor is all the same, but there is a Jacuzzi on the street, on the official website it says with a garden, but it is knee-deep shrubbery)).
bathrooms:
+ spacious, good mechanically adjustable ventilation !!, hot cold water without interruptions, there are probes (soap shampoo)
- there is no rubber mat in the bathtub, the shower cabin leaks, the rain shower does not work.
Room
+The conder works according to its own system, but it is normal., there is TV, Wifi without complaints, a good bed. a separate bed for the child, cleaning every day, everything is changed, the staff is mega friendly.
- ceiling decoration, bedside lamps are loose, there are small joints in the decoration (inexpensive quick repair).
2 THE SEA - did not get out of it 23-27C. in total, 9*.
+ clear water, sometimes transparent, but not like in the Ocean, 2m visibility. There is a pier 30m away for diving. Sun beds are always available (perhaps the end of the season, even taking into account the smart guys putting towels on the sunbed for the whole week),

We stayed at this hotel with family and friends from September 13 to 23.
According to the star rating category, this is a four, not a five. There are many advantages, but there are also disadvantages.
We had a request for a sandy beach, but as a result, the entrance to the sea is pebbly, it is difficult to swim without special slippers. (But this is a minus for our travel agent, not the hotel).And almost immediately deep, children without special swimming facilities will not enter the water.
I really liked the low-rise buildings and the first floors with a Jacuzzi. We booked a room on the second floor, but we got a family room, as a bonus from the hotel, there was also a bonus gazebo by the sea, a great relaxation area!
The food is good, there are a lot of fruits, delicious ayran. The staff is friendly, but we are not particularly picky either.
There are good slides for adults and children, but the working hours of the slides were not particularly convenient, after a nap they no longer worked. The animation is not stressful, every evening there is some kind of event, for some reason they have a day off on Sunday, but maybe someone will like it.
The territory is small and not very green yet, of course it's about the climate.
We were very satisfied with our stay.
I recommend a visit to the hammam and massage. We went to the masseur Misha, an excellent specialist, who works in a rehabilitation center in Istanbul in the winter.

You don't have to come here.. there are much better hotels for the same money.. of the advantages, only the staff in the restaurant, the food is normal, without any special frills, but delicious. The numbers are a separate song. The refrigerator is not working, and the bar, which must be replenished daily with water, juice, and beer, is empty. Don't ask to be filled up. The hotel is for non-capricious visitors!The food is super in restaurants and on the beach.The sea is good, there are enough sunbeds. The staff is generally friendly, friendly.The territory is well-groomed, surrounded by greenery. And now deny it! There is NO engineering! There is no ventilation in the rooms from the word at all! A sewage disposal machine is constantly working in front of the windows (apparently there are no sewage treatment plants. There are no sound screens, and the D-400 highway is noisy under the windows. We got a lower room with a Jacuzzi (which did not work) and a patio. Of course, we were glad that without choosing it, we were allocated free of charge upon arrival, but since the Jacuzzi did not work, and we even called the staff to fix it. They said something serious broke down there. Well, my children and I just typed and lay around until we realized that he didn't plow as much as 2 times)))
the food was well done, they made Turkey day 1 day, there was such a cake prepared for this holiday, it's good that I tried it. There were a lot of strawberries there. And the show was timed to be cool. In general, I remember this day.
Also, during the week of rest, we fell on the chocolate fountain several times, strawberries, melons, watermelons-it was constantly there. There was a barbecue every evening. And you shouldn't have come from the beginning, otherwise you'll get a fig later-this is the first hotel where everyone always had enough of it. It was a shock of course)
Cleaning is an ass.
The number, as in the reviews on other aggregators, of course, was at 3, everything is based on snot, we called for something to be fixed several times. The lamp burned out, the safe did not work, the blankets could not be questioned - but in principle, although not immediately, our requests were answered. Everything was repaired, although slowly in Turkish.
But the territory is beautiful, very instagrammable. Of course, the hotel is for 3 people, but we bought it very cheaply on this date, after a few hours it was already growing in price by leaps and bounds. And upon arrival, a friend watched it after my stories and it was already worth 200k per person! He's not worth the money.

We were at this hotel in early October 2024.Of the cons:it's very noisy at night, towards morning, they unload kegs with beer... the noise is just off the scale.The lobby bar is constantly running out of imported alcohol, although it is indicated that imported alcohol is 24 \7. We are currently staying at this hotel. We flew with azur, they don't feed us on the plane, keep in mind.The only drawback is that it's a long way from Antali, but we ordered a separate transfer. We liked the hotel itself, Wi-Fi throughout the entire territory of the hotel both in the room and at sea. We had a rest in August 2023 at Benata Hotel for 5 nights - 14 nights (2 adults+ 2 children). We got to this hotel on the recommendation of an "unscrupulous" representative of ANEX TOUR, who strongly asked us not to pay attention to the negative reviews of the newly opened hotel. Realizing that the hotel is brand new, we were ready for certain nuances typical of newly opened hotels... But the reality has exceeded expectations! Benata hotel is something!!! We have never experienced greater disappointment from the time and money spent. The territory is very small with a lawn baked from the sun, as well as a very
small swimming pool + separate children's slides. Food and drinks are not that without frills, they are generally like in a not very good dining room. Ala carte restaurants are just a horror that I don't even want to write about, they left without finishing dinner (they were in Turkish and so-called Italian). The main restaurant is stuffy, because there is no air conditioning system, cogs do not solve the problem when it is + 40 outside, constant queues for food and drinks, crowded, staff is clearly not enough +poorly washed dishes (glasses and plates with streaks)!!! There is no qualitative anamation as such for either adults or children. The mini club was not impressed by the word "at all", the children did not want to go there. Mini disco can be suitable for very young guests up to 4-5 years old, older children are not interested there. The beach is pebbles, with sharp stones, which is certainly not very comfortable. The entrance to the sea is immediately deep, which is also not very convenient with children. There is a high-speed highway near the hotel, constant noise and no infrastructure within walking distance. Wi-fi is weak. The hotel is built somehow from low-quality materials. There are a lot of imperfections, from spilled paint on the tracks, to protruding wires in different places, etc. During our stay in our room, water began to flow from under the closet on the floor, and the faucet fell off in the shower... In response to our appeal on these issues, the general manager of the hotel shrugged his shoulders instead of apologizing and began to talk about his problems during the construction of the hotel. Honestly, I don't remember the advantages. Friends, if you prefer quality rest and comfort, we definitely do not recommend you to visit!!!

The highway and the sewage disposal machine are constantly pumping - on one side, and loud music from other hotels, windows cannot be opened at all - there are a lot of mosquitoes that are not poisoned at all, the territory is not processed, mosquitoes in the room are not 1-2 pcs., but 50 and more, i.e. to fall asleep Not at all . They've killed everyone, but they're coming from somewhere, the kids are all snacked on. They asked for disinfection in the room, but apart from mosquito cream they have nothing.
Take raptors , there 's nowhere to buy !!in large rooms, you need a couple of raptors, They write In the hotel chat there are no mosquitoes-there are a lot of them, all the children are bitten! It looks like chicken pox..
2. Air conditioners in many rooms do not work at all, the third floor is an oven that does not cool down, although there were cool nights in May, what will happen in summer?! There is no air conditioning in the dining room, there is a fan.

Now I will tell you about this place called Benata, and yes, I did not make a reservation - it is an institution, not a hotel, since it is difficult to call this place a hotel, let alone assign it 5 stars. I was vacationing here at the end of August 2023 with my girlfriend and was supposed to stay here for 12 days (from 08/19/2018 to 08/31/08), but now, at the time of writing this review (08/24/2023), I am already staying in another hotel. Let me tell you, dear tourists, our story of survival in these 5-star circles of hell.
As you have already understood, we stayed in this hotel for 4 days, 3 of which were a living hell for us. I'll start from afar. Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately confused by the fact that it is located right next to the expressway, where crazy Turks fly non-stop, but we decided to omit this moment, since we have not been abroad for quite a long time. They met us well, took our suitcases, hung up tags that we were their "test subjects" so that we could eat in their hell's kitchen and offered to go to lunch, since we still had time for it. When we got there, we didn't pay much attention to all the disadvantages, because by that time we hadn't eaten for about a day, ate and headed back to the reception in order to pick up our suitcases and go to the room. There we were met by a girl who speaks English at the first-grader level and handed us over to the reliable hands of a porter guy with a special joke to look at tourists like shit, but he helped us with our suitcases. From the moment of entering the room, the journey into the beautiful began. As tourists who have already vacationed in 5-star hotels, we did not think that something would be wrong, but after a while we began to notice very interesting things. For example, the first pleasant surprise turned out to be bright yellow spots on all white, including a bedspread, pillows, a blanket (which, in fact, is a simple grandmother's plaid) and even towels. We decided to forgive them and thought that we just didn't have time to clean up, although this was already the first bell to the future trash. They asked to re-clean the room and went to watch the beach. About him in short: the sea is good, powerful waves, the approach to the coast is sandy, but pebbles begin closer to the water, despite the fact that the stones cut into the leg very much and leave bruises. In general, the sea is the only plus of this whole place. After a successful trip to the beach, apart from the destroyed and maximally massaged legs, we still had hopes for clean towels and bed linen, but unfortunately, at the entrance to the room we were greeted by a smiling maid (who, by the way, did not speak a word in English), who had already finished her exorbitant work and was going to Leave. When she left the room, a freshly cleaned room appeared to us in all its beauty (so we thought) - the linen was changed to even dirtier and in general nothing much had changed, and what had changed was definitely not for the better. At this point, we were already in a stable state of shock, to put it mildly, and began to wonder if we had been abandoned. But there was nothing left to do and it was decided to move forward for dinner. It was on him in all his guises that the entire irrevocable tryndets that were created in this purgatory appeared before us. All the snacks that should be stored in the cold, such as cheese, sausage, etc., were in the heat (by the way, there is no air conditioner in the restaurant), respectively, they were favorite delicacies not only of hotel visitors, but also of a bunch of flies with whom we lived side by side for all 4 days. The same situation applies to fruits that no one even planned to wash. Meat, French fries and everything that needs to be fried is cooked in prehistoric pans with even more prehistoric oil. What follows is a whole poem about glasses. No one washes them, each has a powerful layer of the genetic code of the previous owners of the bowls, into which the cheapest drinks are poured in all of Turkey, although the hotel is declared as ultra all inclusive, that is, alcohol must be imported. By asking for another glass or another brand of alcohol, your request will be met with either a scene of ignorance of English, or a humiliating look, or simple disregard. And if they deign to wash the glass, then they will simply rinse it in no less dirty water. In two words, a gastronomic hell.
The most interesting thing for you and the most terrible thing for us began on the second day, when all of the above was repeated, except for one thing - after the sea we decided to go to the pool, which was the main mistake and at the same time our salvation in the future. As it turned out later, in this pool I caught the most common thing at the resort in August - the well-known and beloved rotovirus, and in the most severe form. I was lying around like a vegetable with a temperature of 39 until the girl and I decided to use our insurance and call an ambulance to install an IV, get a certificate of illness to use it for relocation and provide as proof of all the horror that happened in this hotel. Of course, when my girlfriend went to the reception to call an ambulance and roll a powerful claim by hand, the staff tensed up and began to communicate with her more gently and courteously, but we didn't care anymore. We spent the third day of our vacation in the hospital - I was on a drip thinking about what we had done wrong in life, that God had sent us to purgatory called Benata. After going through all these circles of hell, we rigidly decided to achieve resettlement, which was also difficult, but still succeeded after 2 days. All these 2 days we ate practically nothing (especially me), drank only bottled water and sunbathed so as not to die at all. Only on the day of our eviction, when we had already raised the entire hotel on our ears, we had our linen changed to the cleanest for all 4 days, but still with a stain (but only with one), and we were urgently asked not to clean our room, but the maid decided that she knew better. Today, 08/24/2023, while staying at another hotel, I can say with full confidence that this is the worst hotel that my girlfriend and I have been to in all our travel experience, which, by the way, is not very small. Take care of yourself, your money and your health, do not contact this sharashkin office if your loved ones and yourself are dear to you. Thanks for attention.
Epilogue: By the way, this hotel sold places even before the end of construction and appropriated 5 stars for itself. This conclusion was made by asking the general manager to provide a paper confirming that this institution has the status of a five-star hotel, and, as it turned out, they do not have such a thing. Draw your own conclusions. Take care of yourself.
