The location is ideal: the sea is across the street, there is a pedestrian crossing next to the hotel, a bus stop, shops (chain stores) are within walking distance; the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The staff is friendly, the food for a 3-star hotel is quite decent.
There are good "threes", there are ordinary ones, and there is a Dune. We had a rest from September 23 to October 6, 24. Of the advantages, only the proximity to the sea. In the first week, the garbage was taken out, there was no talk about cleaning. In the second week, we took out the trash ourselves. There was no one to change the bed - there were no cleaners at all. A bathroom with a rotten jamb, a rusty door handle and a hole in the floor for draining the shower. Food is a separate song, it's not even about the absence of chicken (except weekends). Everything is thickly salted, with tomato paste - death to the stomach. And now the staff. The staff at the hotel DOES NOT SPEAK RUSSIAN. Russian Russian tourists live at the expense of the hotel (I haven't seen any others in 2 weeks), but they don't want to respect Russians. The owner, who speaks Russian, turned away at my suggestion to talk and left. In general, who does not hate to give their money for a vacation on the principle of "eat what they give", then velkam in the dune
This hotel has a great location, everything is very close. That's where the advantages end. The room is small, but basically if you close your eyes to the mold in the bathroom and the water does not go all over the toilet, because there is no shower area and all the water spreads all over the floor and splashes all over the bathroom... Questions about food.. Fierce, not tasty Turkish semi-finished products, compared to which our nuggets are divine food. There were often no banal vegetables for dinner, cucumbers are not tomatoes, there were no greens from the word at all... But the most annoying thing is that THEY CAN WORK DIFFERENTLY!! Once we watched a miracle for a couple of days, when there were vegetables, herbs, and grilled chicken. One fine lunch, some auntie's uncle came to us, obviously some kind of commission, after that we didn't see any more normal meat and greens.. They can work in a different way, but they don't want to. That's disgusting.. So... We are sooo not picky guests, we saw different things, but it was a complete failure in terms of food.... There is nothing to do with children and men there.. For young people who hang out, as the location is a great hotel, the rest is up to you...
