Good hotel good price

The hotel is far from the sights.
But in general, it is possible to pass. Nearby are Marmaray, metro, tram and buses. There are shops for locals. There are places for locals near the tram stop. A little cheaper.
The hotel itself was once good. He's already driving in neutral. Breakfast is repeated, but you can eat. The rooms seem to be cleaned, but without fanaticism. Everything is great for an overnight stay!

Conveniently located. There is a T1 tram stop nearby. It is very convenient to travel around Istanbul on your own. Waikiki, Sok, Bim, cafes are within walking distance. The room was cozy, we had a balcony. The mattress is very good, which is not unimportant for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is typical for Turkey. Everything was fine with us.

We had a vacation in March 2025. I liked the place. There are slippers, shampoo and shower gel, killed every two days. The breakfasts were quite acceptable, the only thing was instant coffee and powdered milk. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. It takes about 35-40 minutes on foot or 8-10 minutes by tram from the historical place.

Good afternoon! It's a disgusting place. I have never seen such a hotel in any city. The room is dirty, smoky, not cleaned. The carpet on the floor is torn and dirty. The wallpaper is falling off. The baseboards peel off. There are cigarette butts on the balcony. The TV is damaged on the monitor, loosely attached. The air conditioner is dirty. The light is dim. The door to the balcony is broken - it won't close!
One of the advantages is the availability of drinking water, toilet paper, and a clean towel. Definitely not recommended. Worse than a dorm. I've attached a photo. The period of stay is from 20.04 to 24.04

There was only one advantage-there was somewhere to spend the night .the elevator with a shower is small, the room is very dirty, they haven't cleaned at all in three days, there were no bathrobes or declared water. Breakfast is monotonous .Well, the food is fine.
The staff is unfriendly from the word at all, they sleep at the reception all the time (this is the first time I've come across this in Turkey)

The hotel is very nice, elegant and cozy!!!!At the entrance, the guys are greeted with a smile and a positive attitude!!!!Breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and everything is delicious!!!They helped in any matter as relatives!!!We were treated to Turkish coffee at any time!!!Everything is nearby:stop T1yusufpasha ,Aksaray and Unicapi metro stations ,many cafes and shops nearby!!!After an active day, we returned to our cozy hotel!!!I recommend it!!!

We stayed for 8 nights, in April 2024. I must say right away, we are not picky. There are no comments in principle. Breakfast, as noted earlier, is more than modest. Outsiders are not allowed, it is very safe. During our stay, repairs were made, showers and mattresses were updated. The location is good, it takes 7 minutes to walk to the Yenikapi metro station, 3 minutes to the tram. There is a good fruit shop near the hotel, prices are reasonable, open until midnight, very convenient. There is also a beer tent nearby (when leaving the hotel, go to the right, this information would be very useful to us on the first day). There are Russian-speaking staff.
