We stayed at the hotel from 04/18/2025 to 04/23/2025. The room is a large duplex. There is everything you need: a kettle, spoons, glasses, mugs, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning on the first and second floors. Slippers and towels were changed every day, and bed linen was changed every other day. They also put toothpaste and a brush every day. Tea, coffee, and sugar are also added when it runs out. The breakfast is a buffet, varied and very tasty. The water park is old, but it's nice to swim in the pool after long walks and excursions. There are 3 lanes in the pool, one for training, and the rest for those who like to swim. You can eat at the Water Park. We ordered a pizza with cheese and ham, I liked it. The hotel is located near the city center, and it takes 15 minutes by taxi. Actually, I liked everything.

In general, the norms !! But there are disadvantages 1. There are no benches in the men's locker room, they are in one place, but in other places they are not. 2. It is forbidden to visit a sauna or hammam with children, wherever it was always possible, it is impossible here, it is strange 3. Deep pool, sports pool - for a fee, although there were in all water parks in Russia, it is included in the ticket price everywhere 4. There is no employee at the water park who takes photos of all visitors, and then you usually buy ready-made photos of magnets at the exit -a convenient thing 5. They don't sell anything in the bar until you put money in the bracelet, in other water parks in Russia, you can buy everything first, they will punch everything into the bracelet that you bought, and at the exit from the water park in the end you can pay for everything, so it's more convenient I described everything in order for the aquapark to take into account the wishes!!

The interior isn't the coolest, but the massages and treatments are amazing! The prices are adequate. I definitely recommend it if the "luxury" atmosphere is not the main thing for you.
