This could be a nice place, especially when there is nothing similar around - only shops and a few restaurants, but not really just a nice coffee cafe.
The place is open all year long, at winter there are glass walls to protect from freezing weather.
This cafe could make more revenue and service much better if it would open earlier hours (around 7 am) and late at evening.
It's located right on the way to a bus station and is perfect to take coffee while walking during the morning hours to work, but the cafe is always closed.
When at evening hours it will be nice to have an opportunity to get some snacks and to enjoy the city center area near famous Tashkent City with cup of tea. But again, it is closed after 7 pm or so.
The owner of the cafe needs to organize simple electricity connections for a laptop 💻 and WiFi for every guests who is in. A lounge background music for nicer atmosphere and to attract more customers.
The menu also needs to be better worked out - to have something sugar free, sandwiches and so forth.
There is good potential in my opinion, but seems to be the management of the cafe not really caring about business turnover and the service satisfaction. It runs as it runs - effortless.
I put 4* just because I had good service from the barista, who helped me with the connection of my laptop (to one wall with the fridges) and made OK cappuccino for me. Otherwise I would put only 3*.
Hopefully this review will help to make the place better and change to the original purpose - nice cosy cafe with take away coffee, some fresh pastry and a convenient place to have some relaxing time after work. The place that generates a good level of Income and a nice rating from visitors.
Should it be in this way - it is up to the management to decide!
Funny, when I finished writing my review the cafe Director passed by. I made him my suggestion, lets see...
