Tour operator Yana picked up a hotel, rest, time - everything according to our wishes!!! Prompt, attentive, friendly - it's great to be heard)))
We arrived happy, tanned, rested and with a lot of emotions, memories and gifts)))
It was our first time flying, so we didn't pay much attention to the little things at the hotel))) The staff is friendly, many speak Russian well, and the hotel itself is decent, right on the beach. Lots of excursions and activities. Animators are constantly organizing all kinds of activities))) my child is 8 years old, thanks to them, he learned how to count in different languages)))
In general, everything was great!!!

Two families with one-year-old children managed to book, pay, have a good rest and return home :) that everything is already fine in itself. I didn't do any tour selection - I only paid, but the hotel and food were fine with me, the red wine was not bad; the price with departure from Minsk was lower than the cold market. (I still don't understand the point of flying out of Moscow for the sake of ephemeral savings) In the end, it so happened that we didn't have to shake and get something from the managers during the holidays. We stayed in NaamaBey Charm for a couple of weeks - there were a lot of small children in this hotel, the staff's attitude towards children was excellent. On the way back, the flight was postponed for 4 hours, for the first time in my experience of flying with Belavia.

Clean, neat,beautiful, delicious food, very friendly staff. The hotel is located in the village of Sorgun. If anyone needs markets and promenades to take evening walks, then the village will be boring. There is no such thing here at all. And if you just want to take a break from all the fuss, breathe fresh air, then this village is for you! My husband and I had enough animation at the hotel, so the rest was a success! Tangla Hotel Sanya 5* is a very nice hotel with 23 floors. It is located on the first coastline in Sanya Bay. The hotel has a swimming pool and a thermal pool with a temperature of 40 degrees. The rooms at the hotel are very spacious. There is an electric kettle with an assortment of various teas and coffee. There are necessary utensils (plate, spoons, fork, knife, cups, glasses, wine glasses, ice container). The room has a large bed, an LCD TV (only Chinese channels are available), a work desk, a large wardrobe, a safe, a refrigerator. Room cleaning, linen change, water replenishment daily. The large, spacious loggia has wicker furniture, including a table. The view from the 10th floor was amazing. Both the mountains and the sea were visible. There is an airport nearby, but it did not interfere at all. Meals at the hotel -breakfast. The meals for all the rest days were monotonous. You can and should go to local cafes, food can be found for every taste. Alcoholic beverages are excellent, including local vodka. A large selection of fish products, cooked right in front of you. There are exotic ones: frogs, octopuses, beetles and more.
The hotel's guide offers various excursions. You can get to the Pineapple shopping center by yourself, by bus 25, there and back for two, we paid 10 yuan for travel, the driver does not give change. We visited the thermal springs, we really liked it, we recommend it. The South China Sea is fascinating in its own way. There is an undercurrent, you need to be vigilant. The sea is warm, salty, not up to perfect transparency. The beach is 22 km. wide, small crabs run around. There is a nuance about the transfer: there should always be yuan in reserve. The transfer may not meet or take you to the airport. Do not panic, but take a taxi with checkers in them is much cheaper)
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Together with the tour operator Daria, we chose a tour, paid for it (12/16/2024), after which we were informed in a couple of days that we still needed to pay an additional $ 120 for visas, since Daria forgot to inform us about it.… To solve this error on the part of the tour operator, we were asked to return the money by a statement, 80% remains with the tour operator, 20% remains with us, which naturally did not suit us, of course, this has already proved itself to be an unfavorable travel agency. The choice naturally became to accept, to pay.
Then we were informed about the refusal to book our tour that had already been paid for, and an alternative was offered, which we agreed to. After that, the day before departure, we were informed that we were not going anywhere at all, as we were denied everything. They promised to return the money to the letter of guarantee by 12/26/2024, which has not been returned so far - on 01/14/2025. When asked where our money is, we are invited to discuss it at the office, we arrive, and there they just shrug their hands saying that they simply do not exist.

Since the hotel had already been selected, I was immediately consulted about the price and possible departures. The most unreliable company. If you're lucky, you may go on a trip, but they can just use your money and then return the money (if they're lucky), with great difficulty. In August 2024, we booked a tour for 4 people to Thailand, made an advance payment of 70%, a month later the remaining amount of 30%, they said we needed to get a visa, because we had 15 nights, OK, we gave passports and all necessary certificates, a week before departure I ask what is there with visas? They don't answer anything specific, they start offering other hotels (which are cheaper). I suggest you send me plane tickets and hotel reservations that were redeemed in August, they say this is technically not possible. They themselves offered to return the money, which they returned with difficulty for 2 weeks, something was constantly happening, I think they were waiting for someone to make another prepayment.

We chose a hotel for a long time, and according to all our criteria (Kemer ,sandy beach, near the center) we chose the Viking garden Hotel. A few words about the hotel . A hotel with gorgeous mountain views. The hotel itself is not new, the rooms have been partially renovated. We got a room without renovation.But it was neat, clean, air conditioning, plumbing worked well. Staff and service at the hotel for 5+. Very responsive and friendly. Cleaning on the territory / in the restaurant was practically non-stop.
The room was cleaned every day. Replenishment of water only upon arrival, but every day we were replenished in the room with water, shampoos, shower gel and soap, as well as a lot of extra towels. Perhaps because in the early days they left a note with chocolate for the maid.
The territory of the hotel is small, but very beautiful, surrounded by trees and flowers .
There are two large swimming pools and one for kids on the territory. There is a children 's room and a playground . There was also children 's animation in the evenings . As an adult, I won't say much. We have been there a few times , mostly walking around the city . But 1 time a week Turkish night , almost every day live music , karaoke .
The hotel has two beaches . One pebble and one sandy, which carries a transfer (2-3 minutes), 15 minutes on foot to it. The sandy beach is large and wide. Behind it is a wild beach . There was enough room for everyone.
The food for the 4* hotel is excellent. Lots of meat , fish , salads , fruits . There is a snack bar in the pool bar after lunch and a woman bakes gozleme tortillas. In general, you can have a snack during the day , and the restaurant is open almost until night , where you can also eat .The only drawback is that there is no opportunity to have a snack at the beach bar. Only water, powdered juices, tea. For an additional fee, alcohol, ice cream, corn. But we found such an option for ourselves (when we didn't go for lunch): we ordered food delivery a couple of times in local cafes. For two it came out about $ 10 . And because the portions of food are huge, it would be enough for a larger number of people.
The location of the hotel is good . There is a bus stop nearby from which you can go to Antalya . 7 minutes to the center .
In general , the hotel is a solid four . To which they would return again .

We had a rest in Turkey in October 2023. The hotel was chosen independently. "Rest with us" offered us the best price of all travel agencies. The stumbling block was the location of us and the travel agency in different cities of Belarus, since payment had to be made by bank transfer. The travel agency operates under a contract (Offer), since it is a representative of another larger company, the text of the contract is template (unchanged) and the bank details in the contract are just the same large company. Well, we had to make the calculation in the Sanat Tour travel agency itself.
We encountered this for the first time and naturally were very afraid to contact this agency, so as not to be left with a broken trough without money and without a tour.
As a result of all the manipulations and negotiations, they paid and waited for their tickets. As promised, we had the tickets 3 days before departure. In general, we were not thrown 😅
Well, now about the hotel!
Turkey, Alanya, Avsalar district, Lonicera World 4* hotel. The common area with the Lonicera spa 5* hotel.
Everyone can use the territory.
The restaurants are separate for 4* and 5*, the food is the same, since the cook is one for 2 hotels. Fish every day (dorado, sea bass, mackerel, sometimes salmon stacks), chicken, lamb, turkey, beef - every day, sometimes there was a tongue. Rice, pasta, bulgur, potatoes. Vegetables: spinach, sorrel, iceberg, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, olives, olives. Fruits: plums, pears, apples, watermelons, nectarines, almost all fruits are green. Watermelon could be chosen. Nectarines, plums were taken with them to the room to finish, but they became so.
Alcohol: dry wine (white, pink, red), pomegranate - very tasty, not sour, crayfish (their vodka) - strong, good; cognac, whiskey - average.
In addition to the main restaurant, there are all sorts of bars on the territory, points where you can eat, and around the clock, even at night.
Ice cream 3 types before lunch, 3 other types after lunch. Sweets, cookies, coffee and cappuccino from the vending machine, black tea in teapots, green tea bags.
You can squeeze the juice yourself. One day there were tangerines, the other pomegranates. Push as much as you want, no one limits. In the city, all fresh drinks are 3 euros. And here everything is free on the territory. Gozleme is baked on the territory - it is a flatbread with a filling. It's very tasty to drink with ayran.
Sea: bay, sand, almost no waves, shallow clean entrance, fish do not bite their feet, as in other areas of Turkey. Who was with the children at all comfortable, and to give the children to the playroom and go to rest themselves is cool.
There is a zoo on the territory: chickens, turkeys, quails, rabbits, goats.
As a result, the hotel is chic, the food, the sea, a beautiful area where you can take pictures. But 9 days is not enough))

I decided to fly to Sri Lanka, read about it on the Internet and decided to contact this travel agency. Before the first part of the payment for the trip, the staff of the travel agency were polite and pleasant, and then the jokes began.
At first, my visa, which I paid in advance, could not come to me in any way. Then it turned out that the departure was not from Domodedovo, as they said in the travel agency, but from Zhukovsky airport (however, as always, this flight departs from Zhukovsky airport, but the employees of this travel agency did not know this for some reason). The travel agent offered me to buy a ticket from Minsk to Moscow from Moscow to Sri Lanka with a transfer in one hour. When they "found out" that the flight was from Zhukovsky, an employee of the company offered to pay for a taxi at their expense, which, of course, did not happen later.
Then, on the eve of the trip, the travel agency sent me tickets from Minsk to Moscow with a date for the 05th, although my flight from Moscow flew to Sri Lanka on the 04th. The travel agent didn't even bother to compare the departure dates.
But the apotheosis was upon arrival at the hotel: when I wanted to have lunch and went to a restaurant, it turned out that I only had breakfast included, and not all inclusive, as Natalia's travel agent said. Naturally, I decided to sort it out and wrote to her, but they also began to prove to me that in the presence of all employees (although there was only one employee at the time of the discussion) I was told that I only have breakfast included.
Then it was even more interesting: this season it is impossible to swim on that coast because of the huge waves and constant rains. But it is possible on the other coast, which the tour operator also did not know about. And when I presented this to her, she still took all responsibility from herself and for this situation.
Why turn to such specialists who do not understand their field?
Therefore, I do not advise anyone to contact this travel agency.

We bought a tour to Egypt for spring break. We turned to Elena. We are very grateful to her for her help in selecting a hotel, for the prompt booking of tickets (we could already say that we bought tickets by jumping into the last carriage).
