We were several times in "need": we received registered letters and made shipments to the "state authorities". We will not contact them for other questions. Regular mail, a typical "scoop" - both in appearance, and in terms of service, and in terms of personnel.

A disgusting department. Constant queues and dissatisfied employees. Sometimes it seems to me that a parcel from China is going faster than while I'm picking it up from this branch. There used to be another department at the place of residence, but it was closed and everyone was transferred to this department. I don't recommend it
