It's a very, very long service, there are a lot of people in the queue, the queue is moving slowly, I waited 2.5 hours for mine. Why mock people like that? Will you put more managers in jail? I spent 2.5 hours to get a 5-minute loan consultation (on an existing deposit). Also, if it turns out that they probably consulted, there will be a gift at all.
