On the sales and manufacturing side, it is a business where there are young and kind people, bread varieties and other dough products and desserts are of excellent quality, far above a bread bakery in every respect, as if the assistants of a faculty were working.

The bagels are very full, the taste is delicious (not drowned in molasses) My favorite cakes are especially the ones with liquid chocolate inside. Octopus or tartolet style products offer very different flavors, we like to try 🤩
