They pushed the refrigerator away, looked down at the back wall and pronounced the verdict: "The engine burned out. We're taking the refrigerator, we'll bring it ready tomorrow. That will be 250 rubles." We strained and refused. The extrasensory diagnostics of the refrigerator did not impress us. They charged 5 rubles for the call, they did not give any receipt or form. Yes, we did not ask, thinking about the eternal question: what to do... Later, we found a Service from Atlant CJSC. The guys arrived quickly. They immediately found the problem and fixed it on the spot, and for a much smaller amount. It turned out that the engine was fully functional, and some kind of thermo-relay was flying. We managed it in 10 minutes. 2 years warranty.
