We had a rest with 2 families with children... I'll say this, if you want to be under the close attention of the hostess for 24 hours, then you are here. The person will always be near you, watching from the corner what you are doing... It's very stressful. I don't understand why I should rent out the house and be on guard there, keep an eye on everything. Also, prepare for the fact that you need to leave a deposit of 150 rubles, but they will give it to you....after they check everything, right down to the spilled juice, they will say their Fee.... Then suddenly something disappears and they will tell you that you took it.... The house itself is damp and old.... Except for the gazebo and pier, and the playground, there are no advantages, for 300 rubles you can find a better one.....

Good day to all of you. I want to warn everyone who wants to relax in this place. I'll start with the positive. The territory with a lawn, the bathhouse is small, but neat, like the gazebo on the lawn, that's actually all.
Upon arrival, the hostess Jeanne met us, immediately informed us that the pier was broken and would be repaired the other day (as I understand it now, most likely it has been standing like this for a long time, and it's easier to explain to everyone that it's about to be repaired.) Jeanne drew up a contract in which each teaspoon was indicated and ....5 rolls of TOILET PAPER!!!))) I asked if anyone could fix the faucet in the bathroom)). In general, she did not leave us for about three hours, explaining the rules of operation of her "miracle" estate. So far, even the most persistent have not lost their patience. A two-storey gazebo-type structure near the water in the state of an abandoned barn, with debris on the floor, ready to fall apart in strong winds, complements the broken pier.
There are cameras around the perimeter of the house, but it was not pleasant to see them all over the house, especially in the bedroom. I would like to ask, do they guard broken sofas, shabby furniture??? My grandmother's floors in the village have a more decent look. A separate story is the bathroom, not only that all the tiles and plumbing seem to be from the 60s, (this is at such a rental price!), so the sink and bathtub are just dirty!! I have not yet met such disrespect for my guests ...
For money: we did not know if we would like to extend it in the evening-tomorrow, I said money in advance, okay... Evening came, everyone was tired and decided not to extend it, Jeanne said: "I won't refund the money, I had to take a TAXI earlier than the appointed time because of you." Although I was going to come at the end of regular time!! And I came by BUS!!))) Upon check-in, she demanded a deposit of 150 rubles. Then he calls and says: "You left greasy stains on the floor in the gazebo, if I had known, I would not have returned the deposit." This is despite the fact that we cleaned up everything after ourselves, and threw out the garbage bags. If a barbecue fell on the floor somewhere, then the price of the issue is 3 grams of "fairy", not 150 rubles. In short, stay away from those who take you for a purse on legs, and in return do not even want to wash the sink in the bathroom ...
