Great quiet place! The houses are cozy with amenities. Shared kitchen with everything you need. Clear. A lake with ducks and geese! Even the heron arrives! The prices are nice. There is a cafe. Parking space. Special thanks to the owner Vitaly! Kind and sympathetic person!! I treated you to homemade wine!)) Everything is super! I recommend it!

If you want to rub your nerves, you should definitely go to this place! YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT SLEEP ALTOGETHER . In the houses, the audibility is perfect, absolutely everything is audible!!! The road outside the window adds interest ( especially comrades with exhaust) + noisy neighbors ( who consistently meet with friends from 2 a.m. and start gatherings). Well , this pond , which causes only tears in the eyes . I do not recommend it!

For two years I dreamed of getting into this "park hotel". I got it... It's a good idea, I think it was 15 years ago. And that's it. Nothing has been updated. Everything is old and shabby. The tile is double-walled, does not work. The dumplings were cooked for an hour. The lake is rotten water, the water from the houses drains into the same place, in the evenings the smell is terrible. The audibility in the houses from the neighboring ones is excellent. All the intimate details of the neighbors' lives unwittingly become public. The plastic tables are dirty and gray from age and lack of care. It's a long way to the sea, there are no shops nearby. Yes, the sea in this place is mixed with the Bzyb River, and the "spots" are cold. The right hand is rowing in icy water, and the left foot is in more or less warm water.
From a pleasant and positive point of view, this is the manager Nurik - Nikolay) a very pleasant and responsive person. He tries to please all vacationers. The dog, puppies, seals, kittens, ducks and a couple of geese are very popular with children. I want the place to be put in order.

We lived here for 2 nights. We didn't have to choose, we took what we had. A day cost 3t. Individual houses made of ... and sticks. The house has a TV, a refrigerator, a 2-bed bed, a bathroom combined with a boiler, a refrigerator. There is a refrigerator, but it does not close, you need to prop up the door with a third-party object. The audibility is strong: you can hear the road, you can hear the neighbors, but the background is quiet. Su causes slight dislike, the floor under the toilet is sinking, the tile is about to fall off. There is mold under the carpet in places. The doors to the house are locked for interior doors, consider in no way. The smell in the house is not pleasant, it does not fade. There is no ventilation in the SU. The illumination is weak. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a shared kitchen outside, it has a large refrigerator and all kinds of cooking utensils. Geese and ducks walk freely in the territory.

After reading a review on the Internet, we decided to relax in this place , but upon arrival there personally I didn't even want to get out of the car, not to mention to stay to rest in this place , if you just want to relax on the lake, don't understand where you are, but as a sea vacation it's not the place at all, the sea very far away even by car , not to mention walking to him every day or even twice . The houses outside are in a very deplorable condition , the stench of the water from the back of the houses is just terrible , there is a busy road nearby , there is no smell of quiet and good rest there at all .

To those who write that this is a quiet place-people, I envy your strong nerves.A number of houses overlook a busy road, where trucks and other vehicles are constantly rumbling, which can be heard even despite the closed windows and the noise of the air conditioner.The road goes around the houses in a semicircle.There is a thin curtain hanging in the rooms and the light from the headlights in the evening regularly illuminates the whole room with bright flashes.We have already written about the quality of the houses themselves, voltage fluctuations (when you turn on the air conditioner, the light shines very dimly, etc.) in other reviews.We stayed for an hour and went to look for another hotel (we found it very quickly despite the season), we did not stay overnight.The deposit of 3 thousand rubles was not returned to us, but okay.I am writing a review for those who would not like to come to take a break from the noisy city, and as a result listen to the road rumble on their brains.

The cabins have everything you need. It is a beautiful beach, but it is better to get to it by car (on foot along a road shaded by huge trees, you need to walk for 20 minutes)

The Cypress Park restaurant has recently opened. In the European spirit) I liked being there, carp and geese swim in the pond)) the food is very tasty and the portions are hearty, the prices are adequate, the staff is friendly. The place is decent, left a good impression!

A spiritual place, a spiritual rest, sincere people.
We had a family vacation in August with a child and a dog. The impressions are only the most positive. And not because they didn't eat anything sweeter than carrots))) It's just that the rest here is different... Sincere)))
Our dog did not cause any questions from anyone, they hospitably welcomed and settled everyone, although we arrived after midnight. Everything is there for a normal stay, the house is large and comfortable. In the evening, it's nice to sit on the terrace holding out wine))) The Chateau Abbas factory is nearby - we bought fine wines there very cheaply.
The sea is beyond praise - warm and clean. The beach is huge and there is enough space for everyone. Even our dog))) Of course, it's a long way from the hotel, but to walk along the shady cypress alleys, looking at the impossible beauty of nature... And then we just drove to the sea by car))) We took accommodation with breakfast - we did not lose. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, like in kindergarten - delicious porridges, pancakes, pancakes, casseroles and necessarily on the table butter cubes and cheese))).
I would also like to mention the hospitable host, Uncle Vitaly and his assistant Nikolai. Thank them so much for making our stay so comfortable!
