Very, very (!) delicious, we ordered tzhvzhik, lakhmajo, khinkali, but we especially liked the dish called "Good memories". We were surprised to read earlier reviews. The service is good. The order was accepted immediately, and the preparations did not have to wait long either. The staff is very friendly, if necessary, they will tell you everything about the menu. Thanks to Gregory :). Even if the restaurant is fully boarded and your waiter specifically suddenly does not have time to clean something, others come up and help. Come, don't hesitate. It is very tasty and soulful here. The interior is pleasant, the kitchen is clean.

The food is delicious, the service is so-so. I ordered a lamajo, I didn't finish half of it, I asked to pack it. The waiter (maybe he's even some kind of manager, an older man with glasses and a very important look) first began to convince me that I should finish now, otherwise it would be cold and tasteless, after I insisted on my own, with a dissatisfied face took away my food, and then with such with a dissatisfied face, as if I had personally offended him, he brought me a package. And this is despite the fact that initially, when we took an empty table, on which there was no reserve, we were asked to move, because we had to move three tables for one company, which we did absolutely without any problems and a dissatisfied face. After such a service, there is no desire to return. Apparently, the fact that there is always a full boarding in the institution without me allows the staff to behave disrespectfully to their guests. There is no smell of famous Armenian hospitality. Oh yes, there was a long blond hair on the grill in Suluguni.

We have been living in Yerevan for 3 years, we are considered regular customers of this institution, we know all the waiters, all the dishes, everything is very tasty and the portions are not small), and in principle, so are we! Today, on 02/19.23, we decided to go to a barbecue and khinkali, have lunch with beer, by the way, Cilicia draught is served here too very tasty (in a chilled mug), but I do not drink alcohol, my husband went to them for his beloved Cilicia)When a male waiter or bartender took the order (I had not met him before), I asked if you had non-alcoholic beer (the answer was no), to which my husband said I could buy and bring 1 jar, is it possible? ( we will pay ) to which the waiter said no! You can't have your own, drink a Coke, I told him in response, I don't drink Coke.... Well , then drink water ! CUSTOMER FOCUS! I would really like the review to reach the higher management! We were ready to buy 0 beers at our own expense, pay at the institution as for your beer , and eat accordingly) And when the waiter answered , we got up and left) For 3 years, the first case with a waiter in this institution .....

We went here 3-4 times, because the institution was located next to our house. A restaurant with very tasty food and reasonable prices. The portions are good, especially the salads. I really want to put 5 stars for this, but the attitude of the staff takes away 3 stars - you can safely wait until the menu is brought for 10 minutes, then another 20-25 until the order is accepted. The food is taken out relatively quickly, but they may forget something. Our personal record is that after we ate everything, we built the Leaning tower of Pisa for 15 minutes out of dirty dishes, which were simply ignored and not taken away, then I couldn't stand it anymore and asked for the bill. The Leaning Tower of Pisa remained, and the bill was not taken out for 20 minutes. But when I came up to the bar and politely asked how they would react to the fact that we would leave now without paying, everyone abruptly stirred))
And the most fun thing in this situation is that they still left their 10% for the "service"))
P.S. All this was mainly on weekdays, when there was no steam and half of the tables were empty

1. The food is delicious, even very good. My dish was over-salted (Ost salad), but the rest of the guys were fine and delicious.
2. The service is VERY long, it's just terrible. Both food, beer, and the bill carry an infinite amount of time. During normal time, only Lakhmajo is brought. Therefore, if you want to order something else, get ready to wait 45-50 minutes.

After he served all the tables around, even those who came after us, counted out other visitors, wiped the tables after them, but did not come up to us, we got up and left. To the remark that it is impossible to work like this, the waiter did not even think to apologize - "I should have called, I would have come up", "you did not wait half an hour, we will check the cameras" and so on. The service is very long - the waiter, a man of about 40 years old, shows with all his appearance that everything and everyone is not pleasant to him.
We sat outside because there were no empty seats inside. But we quickly realized that it was already cold and saw that a table was being vacated inside. When asked if it was possible to move, the waiter said "of course not!" and left without giving anything to object.
In fact, they regretted that they did not leave at the same moment. The food was so-so, the wait for the bill and the change was just endless.
But they didn't forget to include their 10 percent tip.
I don't think this is such an attitude towards the guests of the country, rather it's just such an institution
