Of all the cities in Kazakhstan, the most neglected railway station. The toilet is a special aspect, the queue is constant. A dead-end city. There is no Caspian terminal. One plus is a taxi stand and bus stop nearby. There is no cafe.

Парковка очень-очень маленькая для встречающих и провожающих. Везде стоят знаки остановка запрещена. Полицейский патруль ездит по кругу и наказывает. Нет стоянки для такси. Ремонт в здании свежий, но само здание вокзала старое.

Dilapidated public transport, every step you stumble upon the police, as if it were not a city, but some kind of colony.
A terrible carriage was added to the only train in Almaty - not a single working outlet, unbearable stuffiness, windows did not open, food turned sour overnight, there was nothing to wash with - there was no water in the toilet, the stench from the toilets was terrible.
